Abstract:
In a method for producing a fuel filler system, a tube shaped plastic part is introduced into a molding tool. A pressure gas pin is inserted into a first end of the plastic part. Pressure gas is introduced into the plastic part through the pressure gas pin, whereby the plastic part is expanded and adjusted to the contour of the inner walls of the molding tool. The pressure gas pin is retracted, and a constriction of the first end of the plastic part closing around the pressure gas pin is separated. A fuel filler device is inserted into the first end of the plastic part. A contact pressure is exerted, whereby a welding of the fuel filler device with the first end of the plastic part occurs. The finished plastic part is removed from the molding tool together with the fuel filler device welded therein.
Abstract:
A filler neck for filling fuel into a vehicle tank includes a closure flap mounted for pivot between a closed position closing the filler neck and an open position releasing the filler neck and which is prestressed into the closed position by spring prestressing and is pivotable into the open position from the closed position by a fuel pump nozzle being hooked into a hooking-in position in the filler neck. A liquid outlet opening permits liquid accumulating in the filler neck when the closure flap is closed to drain out of the filler neck. A closure element is prestressed into an open position releasing the liquid outlet opening. The closure element is arranged and designed in such a manner that, by the fuel pump nozzle being hooked into the hooking-in position, the closure element is moved counter to the prestressing into a closure position closing the liquid outlet opening.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a fuel filler device for filling fuel into a vehicle tank, comprising a filler pipe for receiving a fuel filler nozzle, which filler pipe can be connected with the vehicle tank, wherein, in the filler pipe, a first pivotably mounted closing flap and at least a second pivotably mounted closing flap are provided behind one another as seen in the insertion direction of the fuel filler nozzle, wherein the first and at least one second closing flap can be pivoted from a closing position, closing a passage through the filler pipe, into an opening position, opening a passage through the filler pipe, by the fuel filler nozzle inserted into the filler pipe, wherein the first and at least one second closing flap are coupled with one another and/or provided such that, when the first closing flap is pivoted into its opening position, the at least one second closing flap is also pivoted at least partially into its opening position, wherein the at least one second closing flap is held in its at least partial opening position while the first closing flap is in its opening position, and wherein, when the first closing flap moves into its closing position, the at least one second closing flap also moves into its closing position.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a guiding device for a fuel filler nozzle wherein the guiding device is designed to be inserted into a filler neck of a vehicle tank, and wherein the guiding device comprises fastening means for fastening on an insertion opening of the filler neck provided for insertion of the fuel filler nozzle, wherein the guiding device comprises at least two tubular sections connected with one another, which are moveable relative to each other for adaption to a curvature or an angled shape of the filler neck.
Abstract:
A fuel filler device for filling fuel into a vehicle tank, includes a filler pipe for receiving a fuel filler nozzle, which filler pipe can be connected with the vehicle tank. At least one pivotably mounted closing flap is arranged in the filler pipe. A spring element is provided, which biases the at least one closing flap into a closing position closing a passage through the filler pipe. The at least one closing flap is pivotable from the closing position into an opening position opening a passage through the filler pipe as a result of the fuel filler nozzle inserted into the filler pipe. At least one valve element forms at least one bypass to the at least one closing flap, and from a limit pressure difference, allows a passage of gas out of the filler pipe and/or into the filler pipe.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a filler neck for filling fuel into a vehicle tank of an automobile by means of a fuel nozzle, comprising an elongate section for the insertion of the fuel nozzle, wherein in the elongate section in the insertion direction of the fuel nozzle two pivotally mounted flaps are arranged behind one another, which are biased into a basic position closing the elongate section and can be pushed from this basic position into an opening position opening the elongate section by the fuel nozzle, wherein the flaps are pivotally mounted such that they pivot from their basic position into their opening position in different rotational directions, preferably in essentially opposite rotational directions.
