摘要： Methods and systems are provided for an adaptor for a capless filler pipe of a fuel tank for leak detection testing of a vehicle. In one example, the system may include a threaded hollow shaft having a top end able to receive a nozzle of a leak detection machine, the hollow shaft inserted through a mouth of a filler pipe of a fuel tank, a gasket arranged on the hollow shaft, and an end cylinder having an elastic piece on the hollow shaft configured to create an airtight seal with the fuel mouth. In this way, the adaptor may restrict gas flow through a defined flow path through the adaptor, and not through any other flow paths during leak detection testing.

摘要： A vehicle component for a motor vehicle includes a coupling device including two couplable coupling elements configured to provide, in a coupled state, a fuel-tight connection of two fuel-conducting lines. One of the coupling elements is in a form of a metallic female element which is fixedly connectable to one of the two lines, and an other one of the coupling elements is in a form of a metallic male element which is fixedly connectable to an other one of the two lines. The male element, for coupling purposes, is insertable into the female element, wherein, in the coupled state, an axially extending overlap section with at least one radial seal device is formed between the female element and the male element. A securing device is configured to secure the coupling elements in the coupled state against inadvertent release from one another.

The assembly may include a main body having an MFI nozzle passage formed therethrough. The main body is configured to allow a proper fuel nozzle to pass through the MFI nozzle passage, and prevent the improper fuel nozzle from passing therethrough. The assembly may also include at least one securing member configured to connect to the main body within a fuel fill line. The securing member(s) is configured to securely retain the main body within the fuel fill line.
