    Abstract: A power supply is provided. The power supply includes a power supply circuit and a control circuit. The power supply circuit includes a voltage converter and multiple point-of-load circuits. The voltage converter generates a third voltage according to a first voltage. The load point-of-load circuits generate at least one second voltage and at least one state signal according to the third voltage. The at least one second voltage is suitable for supplying power to a load. The control circuit is coupled to the power supply circuit. The control circuit determines whether a single event latch-up occurs in the power supply circuit according to the at least one state signal. When the single event latch-up occurs in the power supply circuit, the control circuit switches off the power supply circuit to stop generating the at least one second voltage and the at least one state signal.

    Abstract: A visible light communication device includes a light-emitting unit, a switch-mode light-emitting diode (LED) driver, a synthesizing circuit, and a path selection circuit. The switch-mode LED driver provides a driving current for driving the light-emitting unit. The synthesizing circuit synthesizes a data signal and a dimming signal to form a synthesized signal. According to a data frequency and a dimming ratio obtained from one or more path selection information, the path selection circuit selects to turn on a bypass current modulation unit to inject the synthesized signal to the bypass current modulation unit along one path and the bypass current modulation unit controls the light-emitting unit according to the synthesized signal, or selects to inject the synthesized signal to the switch-mode LED driver along another path and the switch-mode LED driver controls the light-emitting unit according to the synthesized signal.

    Abstract: An optical communication device and a control method thereof are provided. The optical communication device includes a driving module, a data transmission module, a light emitting module, and a feedback module. The driving module generates a driving current. The data transmission module generates a data current according to a piece of data. The light emitting module is electrically connected to the driving module and the data transmission module directly and emits visible light according to an illuminating current generated by combining the driving current with the data current. The feedback module adjusts a direct current (DC) potential of one of the driving current and the data current so as to make an average intensity of the visible light equal a preset intensity.
