    Abstract: In one of the exemplary embodiments, the disclosure is directed to a post network entry connection method applicable to a user equipment. The method would include not limited to: receiving a time unit which may include a payload region and a downlink header region which may include a first BQMR for a first scan beam and a second BQMR for a second scan beam; obtaining a first reference signal from the first BQMR and a second reference signal from the second BQMR; calculating a first signal quality measurement by using the first reference signal and calculating a second signal quality measurement by using the second reference signal; selecting the first scan beam based on the first signal quality measurement being better than at least the second signal quality measurement; and transmitting the first signal quality measurement which corresponds to the first scan beam via another time unit.

    Abstract: A method of ultrasound imaging and a corresponding ultrasound scanner are provided. The method includes the steps of receiving an echo signal induced by an ultrasonic plane wave transmission from a transducer of an ultrasound scanner, resampling the echo signal in time domain and/or space domain, performing a spectrum zooming on a band of interest (BOI) of an input signal, performing a Fourier transform on a result of the spectrum zooming, and generating an ultrasound image based on a result of the Fourier transform. The input signal is generated based on the resampling of the echo signal.

    Abstract: An antenna-in-package construction includes a chip layer, a second dielectric layer, and a first dielectric layer stacked in order. The first dielectric layer has a dielectric constant more than 3.5. The antenna-in-package construction includes a transmitting antenna array, a receiving antenna array, and metal isolated pillars. The transmitting antenna array extends from the chip layer to the first dielectric layer through the second dielectric layer. The receiving antenna array extends from the chip layer to the second dielectric layer. The transmitting antenna array and the receiving antenna array are arranged in an alternating interleaved sequence. The metal isolated pillars surround each transmitting antenna and each receiving antenna. The chip layer includes at least one transmitting chip and at least one receiving chip. The transmitting chip and the receiving chip are electrically connected to the transmitting antenna array and the receiving antenna array, respectively.
