    Abstract: A switch-type phase shifter including a phase shifting unit is provided. The phase shifting unit includes two half circuits and a first switch connected to the half circuits and receiving a first control signal. Each half circuit includes a first variable capacitor, a second variable capacitor, a second switch and a variable inductor. The two ends of the first variable capacitor are coupled to the input and the control nodes of the half circuit respectively. The two ends of the second variable capacitor are coupled to the output and control nodes of the half circuit respectively. The first and second ends of the second switch are coupled to the output and input nodes respectively, and the third end thereof is coupled to the control node and receives a second control signal. The two ends of the variable inductor are coupled to the input and output nodes respectively.

    Abstract: A phase shifter with broadband and a phase array module using the same are provided. The phase shifter includes at least one phase shifting unit. The phase shifting unit includes a first switch, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first inductor, a second switch, a second inductor, a first resistor and a second resistor. The first capacitor is connected between the first inductor and a second end of the first switch. The second capacitor is connected between the first inductor and a third end of the first switch. A second end of the second switch is connected to a ground end. The two ends of the second inductor are respectively connected to a ground end and a third end of the second switch.     Abstract: This invention discloses a power divider, a radio frequency transceiver and a multi-stage power divider, the power divider comprises a variable gain amplifier, a power dividing circuit, a power detection circuit and a comparison circuit. The variable gain amplifier comprises a first input terminal, a control terminal and a first output terminal, the first input terminal is configured to receive a first local oscillation signal, and the first output terminal outputs a variable output signal to the power dividing circuit. The power dividing circuit outputs a second local oscillation signal to a next stage power divider and outputs a third local oscillation signal to an up/down converter. The power detection circuit outputs a detection voltage. The comparison circuit receives a reference voltage and the detection voltage and compares the reference voltage with the detection voltage and outputs a bias voltage to the power terminal based on a comparison result.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for beamforming and a control apparatus using the same. An embodiment of the method includes: adjusting a first amplitude magnification of a first baseband signal, and adjusting a second amplitude magnification of the first baseband signal; generating a first signal according to the first baseband signal and the first amplitude magnification, and generating a second signal according to the first baseband signal and the second amplitude magnification; inserting a phase difference between the first signal and the second signal; and converting the first signal and the second signal having the phase difference therebetween into a beamformed signal to control an antenna.
