    Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for dynamic hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-acknowledgement (ACK) feedback for multi-cell scheduling (e.g., a downlink control information (DCI) that schedules physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) and/or physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) on multiple cells). Embodiments may include techniques to determine a downlink assignment index (DAI) and/or a HARQ-ACK codebook, e.g., a Type-1. Type-2, and/or Type-3 codebook, for multi-cell scheduling.     Abstract: A computer-readable storage medium stores instructions to configure a UE for a configured grant-based small data transmission (CG-SDT) in the 5G NR network. A plurality of SSBs transmitted from a base station using a corresponding plurality of transmit beams is decoded. An SSB of the plurality of SSBs is selected based on signal strength for each of the plurality of transmit beams. A DMRS resource index is determined for a DMRS resource based on a mapping of the SSB and the DMRS resource. A DMRS sequence is determined based on the DMRS resource index. Uplink data is encoded for a CG physical uplink shared channel (CG-PUSCH) transmission with the DMRS sequence during a PUSCH occasion configured by the base station.

    Abstract: A generation-Node B (gNB) configured for unlicensed spectrum operation above 52.6 GHz in a fifth-generation new-radio (NR) system (5GS) may encode a parameter (e.g., ssb-PositionsInBurst) for transmission to a UE (e.g., in the SIB1 or UE specific RRC signalling). The parameter may indicate candidate positions of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) within a discovery reference signal (DRS) measurement timing configuration (DMTC) transmission window within slots of a system frame (SFN). During the DMTC window, the gNB may perform a LBT procedure on an unlicensed carrier of the unlicensed spectrum to determine if the unlicensed carrier is available. When the LBT is successful (i.e., the unlicensed carrier is available), the gNB may encode a discovery reference signal (DRS) for transmission on the unlicensed carrier. The DRS may include one or more of the SSBs transmitted during the candidate positions that fall within the DRS. The gNB may perform rate matching around the SSBs for a scheduled PDSCH based on the indicated parameter and transmit the rate-matched PDSCH.

    Abstract: A UE configured for operation in a 5GNR system may decode a first DCI scheduling a first PUSCH transmission with transport-block processing over multiple slots (TBoMS) and a second DCI scheduling a second PUSCH transmission with TBoMS. The UE may check timing relations of the scheduled first and second PUSCH transmissions with TBoMS for validity. When the timing relations are valid, the UE may transmit the first PUSCH transmission in multiple slots in accordance with the first DCI and may transmit the second PUSCH transmission in multiple slots in accordance with the second DCI. The first DCI may be received in a first PDCCH and the second DCI may be received in a second PDCCH. When the first PDCCH ends at a first symbol and the UE is scheduled to start the first PUSCH transmission with TBoMS at a second symbol, the second PUSCH transmission with TBoMS is not expected to be scheduled to start earlier than an end of the first PUSCH transmission with TBoMS when the second PDCCH that scheduled the second PUSCH transmission with TBoMS ends at a symbol later than the first symbol.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) configured for multi-beam operation in a fifth-generation new radio (5G-NR) system may decode a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). When a DCI format for a configured grant (CG) based small data transmission (SDT) (CG-SDT) is detected and a transport block (TB) is received in a corresponding physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), the UE may assume that a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) antenna port associated with PDCCH receptions and a DM-RS antenna port associated with PDSCH receptions are quasi co-located (QCL) with a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (SS/PBCH) associated with a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) resource for the CG-SDT. During the CG-SDT, the UE may encode a PUCCH for transmission using a same spatial domain transmission filter as a last PUSCH transmission.
