Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may generate first HARQ-ACK information bits based on a first PDSCH and second HARQ-ACK information bits based on a second PDSCH. The UE may determine a first slot for an expected PUCCH transmission with the first HARQ-ACK information bits. When the UE is configured for deferring HARQ-ACK for the first PDSCH and when the first slot is unavailable for the expected PUCCH transmission, the UE may determine an earliest second slot that is available. The UE may also determine a third slot for an expected PUCCH transmission with the second HARQ-ACK information bits assigned for the second PDSCH. The resource assigned for transmission of the first HARQ-ACK information bits is used to verify the order for the first and second HARQ-ACK transmissions regardless of whether the first slot is unavailable and the second earliest slot is used for transmission of the first HARQ-ACK information bits.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for dynamic hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-acknowledgement (ACK) feedback for multi-cell scheduling (e.g., a downlink control information (DCI) that schedules physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) and/or physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) on multiple cells). Embodiments may include techniques to determine a downlink assignment index (DAI) and/or a HARQ-ACK codebook, e.g., a Type-1. Type-2, and/or Type-3 codebook, for multi-cell scheduling. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.

Abstract: A UE configured for operation in a 5GNR system may decode a first DCI scheduling a first PUSCH transmission with transport-block processing over multiple slots (TBoMS) and a second DCI scheduling a second PUSCH transmission with TBoMS. The UE may check timing relations of the scheduled first and second PUSCH transmissions with TBoMS for validity. When the timing relations are valid, the UE may transmit the first PUSCH transmission in multiple slots in accordance with the first DCI and may transmit the second PUSCH transmission in multiple slots in accordance with the second DCI. The first DCI may be received in a first PDCCH and the second DCI may be received in a second PDCCH. When the first PDCCH ends at a first symbol and the UE is scheduled to start the first PUSCH transmission with TBoMS at a second symbol, the second PUSCH transmission with TBoMS is not expected to be scheduled to start earlier than an end of the first PUSCH transmission with TBoMS when the second PDCCH that scheduled the second PUSCH transmission with TBoMS ends at a symbol later than the first symbol.

Abstract: Various embodiments herein provide techniques related to a process to be performed by an electronic device. The process may include identifying one or more symbols or slots of a plurality of symbols or slots that are unavailable for transmission of an uplink signal based on an identification that: a symbol related to transmission of the signal overlaps a non-overlapped sub-band frequency-division (NOSB-FD) symbol; and one or more physical resource blocks (PRBs) related to transmission of the signal overlaps a frequency region related to transmission of the NOSB-FD symbol. The technique may further include transmitting the signal in one or more symbols or slots of the plurality of symbols or slots that are not identified as unavailable for transmission of the signal. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.

    MULTI-CARRIER/BEAM LBT PROCEDURE ABOVE 52.6GHZ

Abstract: An apparatus and system of providing a listen before talk (LBT) procedure in multi-carrier or multi-beam mode above a 52.6 GHz band are described. The LBT procedure is performed independently for each carrier or beam to maintain and update a different back-off counter for each carrier or beam. To align a transmission starting time across the carriers or beams, for each carrier or beam: the counter continues to decrement if the counter has reached zero before the starting time and transmit at the starting time if the channel continues to be sensed idle for an additional observation period immediately prior to the starting time and otherwise considers the LBT procedure to have failed. The counter is reinitialized for carriers or beams for which a channel occupancy time (COT) is to be acquired and transmission ceases.

Abstract: A computer-readable storage medium stores instructions to configure a UE for multi-cell scheduling in a 5G NR network, and to cause the UE to perform operations including decoding higher layer signaling. The higher layer signaling indicates a number of cell groups configured to the UE. Each cell group of the number of cell groups includes at least two cells. DCI received in a PDCCH is decoded. The DCI includes a scheduling grant with time and frequency allocation for a PUSCH or a PDSCH in the number of cell groups configured to the UE. Uplink data transmissions via the PUSCH are scheduled in the number of cell groups or downlink data receptions via the PDSCH are scheduled in the number of cell groups based on the scheduling grant.
