摘要： One end of an occupant restraining webbing is secured to a slider, and driving means moves said slider in a guide groove formed in a guide rail, so that an occupant can be automatically brought into a webbing fastened state. The slider, being provided at the head thereof with a shoe, moves smoothly. Said shoe is adapted to be damaged under a predetermined value of load in an emergency of the vehicle, so that the head of slider can be pressed against said guide groove to prevent the slider from moving, thereby securing the occupant in the restrained state.

摘要： A seatbelt system of the type including a seatbelt, a flexible tape having a plurality of holes along its length and which is coupled to the seatbelt to cause the seatbelt to automatically fasten and unfasten from a passenger and a moving means for causing movement of the flexible tape. The moving means includes a sprocket housing having a substantially circular recess formed therein, a sprocket wheel provided in a portion of the flexible tape, a pair of tape passage shaped channel which is formed in the housing and accommodates the portion of the flexible tape, a pair of tape passage channels which are formed in the sprocket housing tangential to the arc-shaped channel and which are oriented in opposite directions and a driving means for selectively rotating the sprocket a predetermined number of rotation in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction.

摘要： A passive seatbelt system in which the outer end of the passenger restraining belt is anchored to an anchor shaft which projects from a runner piece. The runner piece is provided within a guide rail which is fastened to the vehicle body. The runner piece is moved along the length of the guide rail by driving mechanism as a result the belt approaches or moves away from the passenger. Since the runner piece is provided within the guide rail, the movement of the runner piece towards a vehicle interior is checked and the belt tension can be securely supported during a vehicular emergency.

摘要： An anchor device for a seatbelt system which includes an anchor plate which is U-shaped in cross-section when seen from the front of a vehicle and which has an outer end of a passenger restraining belt fastened to one side thereof and a runner piece coupled to the other side of said anchor plate. A roof lining is inserted into the central region of the U-shaped anchor plate and the runner piece together with the anchor plate moves along said roof side whereby when the runner piece has moved as far forward as possible along the roof side, the outer end of the belt is moved further towards the front of the vehicle than the runner piece to provide a sufficient space for the passenger to enter or exit the vehicle.

摘要： A passive seatbelt system for a vehicle including a tape having a plurality of holes formed therein at regular intervals, a passenger restraining seatbelt coupled at one end to the thick tape, a sprocket wheel which is engaged with the holes in the thick tape and a motor means which is coupled to a power source of the motor vehicle for driving the sprocket wheel. With such a system, the sprocket wheel causes the thick tape to move back and forth to thereby cause the seatbelt to move back and forth along the length of the vehicle. In this way, the seatbelt is automatically fastened or unfastened from the passenger.

摘要： The webbing slider lock mechanism according to the present invention comprises: a slider movably received in a sliding groove of a guide rail laid in a vehicle and connected to an end of an occupant restraining webbing; a driving member movably received in a driving groove of the guide rail and connected to the slider in a manner to be movable by a given length relative to the slider in a direction of travel of the slider; a release arm disposed in a manner to be projectable into the driving groove at the side of a retracting end portion of the guide rail in a biased condition and adapted to abut against the side portion of the driving member to be pushed out of the driving groove; and a locking lever disposed below the position of the release arm at the side of retracting end portion of the guide rail in a manner to be projectable to lock the slider and connected to the release arm in a manner to be retractable from the sliding groove.

摘要： According to the present invention, in a seatbelt system, in which an end of an occupant restraining webbing is connected to a slider and this slider travels along a guide rail laid on a vehicle body so as to cause the webbing to approach or recede from the body of an occupant, the slider includes: a head; a body suspended from a central portion in cross-section of the head and inserted through a driving tape; and a leg extended from the lower end of the body and secured with an anchor plate, to which the webbing is connected, and the guide rail includes: a substantially letter `T` shaped sliding groove consisting of a head groove portion for slidably guiding the head of slider and a body groove portion for slidably guiding the body of slider; and a tape groove perpendicularly intersecting the body groove portion of the sliding groove for receiving and guiding the driving tape.
