Abstract: Embodiments disclosed here include a buoyant filtration system and method including a buoyant rim which may be used to encircle a pollution source and attached to a submersible wall and floor. Some embodiments include the detachable filtration systems on or near the buoyant rim. Some embodiments include a bag attached to the buoyant rim where the bag is water permeable but retains the pollution in the water.
