A display device including a array substrate, at least one connection board, at least one display control circuit, at least one touch control circuit, a control board, and a number of wires is provided. An upper surface of the array substrate has a normal direction. The connection board is electrically connected to the array substrate. The display control circuit is electrically connected to the array substrate. The touch control circuit is electrically connected to the array substrate. The control board is electrically connected to the connection board. A portion of the wires connected to the touch control circuit at least partially overlap a portion of the wires connected to the display control circuit along the normal direction.

The invention provides a touch display device, including: a lower substrate including a first inner surface and a first outer surface, wherein a thin film transistor array is formed on the first inner surface and provided with a plurality of source electrodes; an upper substrate including a second inner surface facing the lower substrate and a second outer surface; and a sensing electrode layer formed on the first outer surface and the second outer surface, wherein the plurality of source electrodes supply touch driving signals for the sensing electrode layer and the sensing electrode layer senses touch locations.

A touch display apparatus comprises a touch display panel, a first control circuit board, a first circuit connection board, a second circuit connection board and a system circuit board. The touch display panel includes a touch panel and a display panel which are disposed oppositely. The first control circuit board is electrically connected to the touch panel through the first circuit connection board. The first control circuit board is electrically connected to the display panel through the second circuit connection board. The system circuit board is electrically connected to the first control circuit board.

A control method of a touch system is provided. The touch system includes a touch device and an active pen, the touch device comprises a touch display panel, a timing control circuit, and a touch detection circuit electrically connecting to the timing control circuit. The control method comprises steps of: outputting a beacon signal with a frequency from the active pen; detecting the beacon signal by the touch detection circuit; adjusting a refresh frequency of the touch display panel to be equal to a frequency of the beacon signal when the refresh frequency of the touch display panel is different from the frequency of the beacon signal; and transmitting a start trigger signal of a frame of the adjusted refresh frequency by the timing control circuit after a delay time.

A touch integrated panel includes a first substrate having a first outer surface and a first inner surface where a thin film transistor array is formed, a second substrate having a second outer surface and a second inner surface, and a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between the first inner surface and the second inner surface, wherein a touch sense pattern for sensing touch operations performed on the panel and a key sense pattern for sensing whether a function key is touched are formed on the first outer surface or the second outer surface.
