    摘要: A method for driving an active-matrix pixel array is provided. The method includes the following steps: during a first period, inputting a data signal into a control terminal of a second transistor of the each of pixel circuits from a first terminal of a first transistor of the each of the pixel circuits; during a second period, turning-on a third transistor of the each of the pixel circuits, so that a current generated by according to the data signal flows through the light emitting unit of the each of the pixel circuits; and during a third period, inputting a reset signal into the control terminal of the second transistor of the each of the pixel circuits from the first terminal of the first transistor of the each of the pixel circuits.

    摘要: A light emitting device and a light emitting method are provided. The light emitting device includes a plurality of sub-pixels. Each of the sub-pixels displays a grayscale during a frame. The PWM circuit receives M digital signals and M reference pulse signals, and outputs a PWM pulse according to the M digital signals and the M reference pulse signals. The light emitter receives the driving current and the PWM pulse during emission period of each of the N sub-frames.

The driving method includes dividing the frame time into a first sub-frame time and a second sub-frame time; providing a first data with a first gray level; and controlling the first pixel to be emitted in the first sub-frame time or in the second sub-frame time according to the first data. When the first gray level is greater than a predetermined gray level, controlling the first pixel to be emitted in the first sub-frame time, and when the first gray level is less than or equal to the predetermined current level, controlling the first pixel to be emitted in the second sub-frame time.
