Abstract: An electronic device includes a first substrate, a circuit layer, a conductive wire, and an adhesive layer. The first substrate has a first surface, a second surface and a first side surface. The second surface is opposite to the first surface, the first side surface is located between the first surface and the second surface, and the first side surface connects the first surface and the second surface. The circuit layer is disposed on the first surface of the first substrate. The conductive wire is electrically connected to the circuit layer. The adhesive layer is disposed on the first surface and the circuit layer. The adhesive layer has a second side surface, and a first portion of the conductive wire is disposed on the first side surface of the first substrate and the second side surface of the adhesive layer.

In a cross-sectional view of the electronic device, the electronic unit and the second conductive portion are disposed on two opposite sides of the first insulating layer respectively, the first conductive portion has a first length along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the second conductive portion has a second length along the second direction, and the first length is different from the second length.

Abstract: A thin film transistor includes a gate electrode, a semiconductor layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, a first protective layer, and a second protective layer. The gate electrode is disposed on a substrate. The metal oxide semiconductor layer is disposed on a gate insulating layer and electrically connects the source electrode and the drain electrode. The first protective layer disposed on the metal oxide semiconductor layer has a first oxygen vacancy concentration. The second protective layer disposed on the first protective layer has a second oxygen vacancy concentration.
