Abstract: An apparatus of a first user equipment (UE) comprises one or more baseband processors to transmit a message to a second UE to determine whether the second UE is interested in vehicle-to-many (V2X) services, and to receive a message from the second UE indicating whether the second UE is interested in establishing a V2X connection. The apparatus can include a memory to store the message from the second UE.
