摘要: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for prioritizing sidelink communication transmissions. In accordance with one example embodiment, an apparatus may transmit, to a network node, assistance parameters associated with sidelink communication comprising quality of service (QoS) parameters. The apparatus may receive, from the network node, configuration parameters associated with sidelink communication that comprise a logical channel configuration, a mapping of a QoS parameter to a sidelink radio bearer, and a mapping of the sidelink radio bearer to a sidelink logical channel. The apparatus may receive a sidelink resource grant and may select, based on the logical channel configuration, one or more sidelink logical channels to be served by the sidelink resource grant. The apparatus may transmit a generated a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU), comprising data associated with the selected one or more sidelink logical channels, using the received sidelink resource grant.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for prioritizing sidelink communication transmissions. In accordance with one example embodiment, a WTRU may include a processor, configured to receive vehicle-to-x communication (V2X) configuration parameters from a V2X network node. The V2X communication parameters may be associate with sidelink communications for a V2X service. The WTRU may send a user equipment (UE) information message to a gNB. The UE information message may include quality of service (QoS) information associated with the V2X service. The WTRU may further receive a radio resource control (RRC) configuration message from the gNB. The RRC configuration message may include an indication of a logical channel to be used for communication sidelink data associated with the V2X service, and one or more logical channel configuration parameters for the logical channel to be used for communication of the sidelink data associated with the V2X service. The WTRU may send at least one sidelink transmission comprising the sidelink data associated with the V2X service.

摘要: Switching between Orthogonal Multiple Access (OMA) and Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) modes of a user equipment (UE) can be determined and indicated by a gNB to a UE at an RRC connected state using one or more of the following schemes: at an RRC (Radio Resource Control) layer with an RRC configuration message, at a MAC (Medium Access Control) layer with MAC CE (MAC control element) signaling, at a PHY (Physical) layer with DCI (Downlink Control Information) signaling, jointly with RRC configuration and DCI signaling, and/or jointly with RRC configuration and MAC CE signaling. The OMA or NOMA mode that the UE operates after the transition may be requested by the UE, indicated by the gNB, and/or may be based on one or more rules for OMA-NOMA switching.

摘要: An apparatus includes a processor, a memory; and communication circuitry, the apparatus being connected to a communications network via the communication circuitry, the apparatus further including computer-executable instructions stored in the memory which, when executed by the processor, causes the apparatus to identify an apparatus capability that is an indication of an ability of the apparatus to perform beam failure detection (BFD) for a plurality of cells, transmit the apparatus capability to an other apparatus, receive from the other apparatus at least one message including a change in network configuration; and substitute a second set of cells for the first set of cells on which the apparatus performs BFD based on the change in network configuration so the apparatus capability is not exceeded by the network configuration.

Radio link monitoring for new radio unlicensed is performed based on in-sync or out-of-sync indications that are based on the estimated radio link quality in combination with missed radio link monitoring reference signal transmission opportunities.

摘要: Methods and apparatus are disclosed pertaining to paging for Unlicensed New Radio (NR-U). Methods include means to: perform paging using multiple paging occasions (POs) during a DRX Cycle, perform paging using a paging window, perform paging using a PO comprised of multiple sweeps and/or repetitions, signal DL channel access indication for paging, and perform paging using dynamic DRX. In accordance with one embodiment, an apparatus may receive a signal comprising a plurality of POs, wherein each PO comprises a plurality of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasions. The apparatus may monitor, based on receiving an identifier associated with the apparatus, a portion of the plurality of paging occasions. The apparatus may detect, in a PDCCH monitoring occasion of the plurality of PDCCH monitoring occasions in the monitored portion, paging downlink control information (DCI).

摘要: The present application at least describes a method for obtaining channel access in a network. The method includes a step of selecting, via a gNodeB, a spatial filter from a first set of spatial filters to perform listen before talk (LBT). The method includes a step of detecting, via the gNodeB, a channel in an idle state. The method also includes a step of obtaining, a directional channel occupancy time (COT) in the channel in a direction of the selected spatial filter. The method also includes a step of transmitting, to a node, a channel access indicator transmission (CAI-T) on a beam in the cot via a spatial filter of a second set of spatial filters. The method further includes a step of receiving, from the node, a channel access indicator response (CAI-R). The method further includes a step of sensing, via short channel sensing and via the spatial filter or another spatial filter of the second set of spatial filters, the channel is clear. The method even further includes a step of sending, via the channel, information to the node using one or more spatial filters of the second set of spatial filters. Other embodiments of this aspect include corresponding computer systems, apparatus, and computer programs recorded on one or more computer storage devices, each configured to perform the actions of the methods.
