Abstract: Aspects discussed herein include a computer-implemented method comprising receiving a support request from a user, and during a current support session responsive to the support request, performing textual analysis of one or more inputs provided by the user during one or both of: (i) the current support session and (ii) one or more previous support sessions. The method further comprises applying one or more features determined by the textual analysis to a model to classify the user into a first class of a predefined plurality of classes that describe a pace of conversation during the current support session. The method further comprises, based on the classification of the user, assigning the support request to be fulfilled by a first operator of a predefined plurality of support operators.

Abstract: A system for providing permissioned images in media transactions is described. The system processes images in an image set for a media transaction to identify the image owner and other persons depicted in the image and determines use permissions for the images. Various images in the image set are processed to remove or anonymize various persons in order to meet use conditions. The processed images are compiled and provided to an entity requesting the image set.

Abstract: Vulnerabilities in a supply chain are detected by creating a graphical representation of the supply chain containing a plurality of nodes and a plurality of edges between nodes. Each node is an entity in the supply chain, and each entity has an associated profile of properties for that entity. Each edge represents an interaction between two entities. The set of descriptive properties at each entity in the supply chain and each interaction between two entities are used to determine a current level of vulnerability to perturbations in the supply chain for a plurality of entities in the supply chain. Remedial actions to be taken in the supply chain can then be identified to reduce the current level of vulnerability for at least one entity in the supply chain.

Abstract: Personalized advertising is delivered to a subject at a time when the state of mind of the subject is most receptive to the receipt of advertising such that the content of the advertising is selected based on the state of mind of the subject at the time of delivery. Activities of a subject to receive the advertisement and indicators of physiological status of the subject are monitored, and the monitored activities and indicators of physiological status are used to determine a current state of mind of the subject. The current state of mind of the subject is used to select a delivery time for the advertisement, and the content for the advertisement that is personalized to the subject is selected based on the current state of mind of the subject at the delivery time. The advertisement containing the content is communicated to the subject at the delivery time.
