Abstract: Provided is a mix weighing device which facilitates a constant mixing ratio, in terms of external appearance, of a plurality of types of materials after mix weighing. This mix weighing device (1) is a device to mix-weigh a plurality of types of the material on the basis of individual weighed target weight (Wt), wherein the mix weighing device (1) is provided with a conveying unit (10), a mix weighing unit (20), a storage unit (61), a weighed target weight setting unit (66), and a control unit (60). The conveying unit (10) conveys the material. The mix weighing unit (20) weighs and discharges the material. The storage unit (61) stores the apparent specific gravity and a mix volume proportion (Pv) of each type of material. The weighed target weight setting unit (66) sets individual weighed target weight (Wt) for each type of the material on the basis of the apparent specific gravity and the mix volume proportion (Pv). The control unit (60) controls the conveying unit (10) and the mix weighing unit (20) on the basis of the individual weighed target weight (Wt).

Abstract: A boxing system includes a first conveyor and a second conveyor that convey packages at predetermined intervals, a robot that simultaneously holds and transports a package group, and a control device. The control device controls the robot to cause it to accumulate the package groups in a boxing area. The control device generates a first command causing the package group to be directly transported from the conveyance area to the boxing area. The control device also generates a second command causing transporting of the package group from the conveyance area to a temporary placement area different from the boxing area. A third command generated by the control device causes transporting of the package group from the temporary placement area to the boxing area. The control device causes the robot to execute the first command, the second command, and the third command to accumulate the package groups in the boxing area.

Abstract: A box packing system includes a frame, a cardboard sheet feeder, a box making section and a box packing device. The cardboard sheet feeder is configured to lift one of a plurality of cardboard sheets from a cardboard sheet stacking area of the frame. The cardboard sheets are in an upright state within the cardboard sheet stacking area and are folded or collapsed. The box making section re-shapes the cardboard sheet unfolding the cardboard sheet and transforms the cardboard sheet into a cardboard box where a bottom lid is closed and a top lid is opened defining an opening of the cardboard box. The box packing device has a dropping part that moves the cardboard box in a laterally opened state downwardly to s located filling position and a pushing part that pushes an article into the opening of the cardboard box while within the filling position.
