摘要: To reduce warping of vertical wall portions without causing buckling occurring in a component shape not having a flange portion. A punch and a pad sandwiching a top sheet portion therebetween in the sheet thickness direction, bending blades for bend-forming the vertical wall portions, and stoppers facing the bending blades in the press direction and constraining end portions of a material to be machined are provided. The punch is supported by a first cushion component elastically expandable and contractible in the press direction. The bending blades each have an upper die component and a lower die component disposed facing each other in the press direction with an interval (D) equal to or larger than a set compression amount and a second cushion component interposed between the upper die component and the lower die component, maintaining the interval (D), and contractible in the press direction at a predetermined pressure or more. The cushion pressure of the second cushion component is lower than the cushion pressure of the first cushion component and has such cushion pressure that the second cushion component does not contract during the bend-forming of the vertical wall portions.

摘要: To reduce warping of vertical wall portions without causing buckling during pressing. Press-forming into a hat cross-sectional shape having one linear vertical wall portion and the other curved vertical wall portion and not having a flange portion is performed. A punch and a pad sandwiching a top sheet portion therebetween, bending blades, and stoppers are provided. The punch is supported by a first cushion component. The bending blades each have an upper die component and a lower die component disposed facing each other in the press direction with an interval (D) equal to a set compression amount in the range of 2% or more and 6% or less of the heights of the vertical wall portions and a second cushion component interposed between the upper die component and the lower die component, maintaining the interval (D), and contractible in the press direction. The cushion pressure of the second cushion component is lower than the cushion pressure of the first cushion component and has such cushion pressure that the second cushion component does not contract during the bend-forming of the vertical wall portions. The clearance between the side surface of the punch and the bending blades is 90% or more of the sheet thickness of a material to be processed and less than the sheet thickness.

摘要: There is provided a press forming method capable of suppressing a camber back, which occurs in a hat-shaped member while reducing a restriction on a shape of the hat-shaped member. At a time of the press forming, a blank material (4) in which a longitudinal line length is at least longer than a longitudinal line length of a top plate portion of a hat-shaped member (5) is fixed between a pair of press dies (lower die (2), upper die (3)), which have bent surfaces (convex surface (2a), concave surface (3a)), while being warped upward, that is, in a bending direction of the lower die (2) and the upper die (3). Subsequently, for the fixed blank material (4), a bent portion of the hat-shaped member (5) is press formed by using the convex surface (2a) and the concave surface (3a).

摘要: A method of forming a closed cross-sectional structure press-forming the plate-shaped workpiece into portions corresponding to bottom portion and left and right side wall portions; and providing bend-facilitating lines at the plurality of bend lines; bending the workpiece in a direction that the portions corresponding to the left and right side wall portions approach each other by pressing a punch into a space between a pair of dies while clamping the portion corresponding to the bottom portion between the punch and a pad in a plate thickness direction; and bending the corresponding portions along the bend-facilitating lines by pressing the corresponding portions against an outer periphery of a plug having an outer peripheral shape the same as a final shape of the closed cross-sectional structure while the plug is placed on the portion of the workpiece corresponding to the bottom portion.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a pipe with different diameters along a longitudinal direction that has a small diameter portion, a large diameter portion, and a diameter-changing portion provided between the small diameter portion and the large diameter portion and is formed by press forming a blank made of a metal sheet includes press forming the blank with a U-shape forming die into a U-shaped formed part and press forming the U-shaped formed part with an O-shape forming die set into a circular cross-section formed part. A length of a vertical wall of the U-shape forming die is longer than a length of a vertical wall portion of the U-shaped formed part. In the O-shape forming die set, a die mating line is inclined downwardly, and a ratio t/D of a sheet thickness t of the blank to a diameter D, which represents a diameter of a portion of the O-shape forming die set corresponding to the small diameter portion and a diameter of a portion of the O-shape forming die set corresponding to the large diameter portion, is 0.010≦t/D≦0.080.

摘要: A press formed product is disclosed. A method for manufacturing the press formed product is a method for manufacturing the press formed product including applying press processing including stretch flange forming to a single metal sheet of one sheet material after performing shearing processing of the metal sheet to manufacture the press formed product. When a region where a stretch flange crack is estimated to be likely to occur when the single metal sheet is press formed by the press processing is set as a stretch flange crack region, the press processing is applied after heating and cooling the end surface of the metal sheet positioned in the stretch flange crack region and at least the end surface in the end surface and the vicinity thereof in the single metal sheet after the shearing processing.
