摘要: An LED light bulb, consisting of: a lamp housing doped with a golden yellow material or its surface coated with a yellow film; a bulb base connected to the lamp housing; a stem connected to the bulb base and located in the lamp housing, the stem comprises a stand extending to the center of the lamp housing; and a single LED filament, disposed in the lamp housing, the LED filament comprising: a light conversion layer, coated on at least two sides of the LED chip and the conductive electrodes, and a portion of each of the conductive electrodes is not coated with the light conversion layer, the light conversion layer has at least one top layer and one base layer, the top layer and the base layer are disposed on the opposing surface of the LED chip, wherein the top layer of the light conversion layer in the conductive section comprises a wavy concave structure with groove, the two adjacent grooves of the wavy concave structure have different width at the positions aligned in the axial direction of the LED filament.

摘要: An LED light bulb, consisting of: a lamp housing; a bulb base connected to the lamp housing; a stem connected to the bulb base and located in the lamp housing, a single LED filament, disposed in the lamp housing, the LED filament comprising: two conductive supports, each of the two conductive supports connected with the stem and the flexible LED filament; a driving circuit, electrically connected with both the two conductive supports and the bulb base; and a plurality of supporting arms, each of the supporting arms comprise a first end and a second end opposite to the first end of the supporting arms, the first end of each of the supporting arms is connected with the stand while the second end of each of the supporting arms is connected with the LED filament; where anodes of LED sections are electrically connected together to serve as a first positive electrode P1 and/or a second positive electrode P2 of the flexible LED filament, cathodes of LED section serve as a first negative electrode N1 and/or a second negative electrode N2, respectively, where the positive electrode P1 and/or the second positive electrode P2, the first negative electrode N1 and/or the second negative electrode N2 are separately electrically connected to the driving circuit through the conductive supports.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses an LED filament, comprising a plurality of LED chips; at least two electrodes, each of the at least two electrodes is connected to at least one of the plurality of LED chips; and a light conversion layer comprising a top layer and a base layer, coated on at least two sides of the at least two electrodes, and a portion of the at least two electrodes is exposed by the light conversion layer, where the top layer and the base layer are located at two sides of the plurality of LED chips, respectively, wherein the base layer comprising an organosilicon-modified polyimide, a thermal curing agent and fluorescent powders. The present disclosure further discloses an LED light bulb. The base layer of the present disclosure has superior transmittance, heat resistance and mechanical strength, and is suitable for producing a flexible LED filament.

摘要: An LED filament comprises at least one LED section, a conductive section, two conductive electrodes and a light conversion layer. The conductive section is used to electrically connect two adjacent LED sections. The two conductive electrodes are electrically connected to each of the LED sections. Each of the LED sections includes at least two LED chips electrically connected to each other. The light conversion layer covers the LED sections, the conductive sections and the conductive electrodes, and a part of the two electrodes is exposed respectively. Since the LED filament includes the LED section and the conductive section, when the LED filament is bent, the stress is easily concentrated on the conductive section. Therefore, the breakage probability of the conductive wires connected within the LED section is reduced during bending. The quality of the LED filament and its application is improved.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses an organosilicon-modified polyimide resin composition, comprising an organosilicon-modified polyimide and a thermal curing agent, wherein the organosilicon-modified polyimide comprises a repeating unit represented by the following general formula (I): wherein Ar1 is a tetra-valent organic group having a benzene ring or an alicyclic hydrocarbon structure, Ar2 is a di-valent organic group, R is each independently methyl or phenyl, and the thermal curing agent is selected from the group consisting of epoxy resin, isocyanate and bisoxazoline compounds. The resultant organosilicon-modified polyimide resin composition of the present disclosure has superior transmittance, heat resistance and mechanical strength, and is suitable for producing a flexible LED filament.
