    摘要: The fluid pressure regulating valve is for use in an aircraft engine. The valve has at least a first fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet and a second fluid outlet. The valve comprises: a valve housing having a first valve spool interior cavity; a first fluid path within the valve housing from the fluid inlet to the first fluid outlet; a second fluid path within the valve housing from the fluid inlet to the second fluid outlet; a first valve spool mounted for reciprocal motion within the first valve spool cavity between a first position and a second position, the first valve spool having a second valve spool interior cavity and being spring-biased to its first position; and a second valve spool mounted for reciprocal motion within the second valve spool cavity between a first position and a second position, the second valve spool being spring-biased to its first position, the second valve spool closing the first fluid path at its second position when the first valve spool is substantially at its first position.

    摘要: An oil scavenging system and method suitable for use in a gas turbine engine having a bearing housing. The bearing housing provides for arcuate slots within the housing and a plurality of peripherally arranged apertures disposed for cooperation with the arcuate slots. During rotation of the bearing and shaft, the rotational momentum induces rotation of the oil which distributes the oil to the peripheral circumference of the housing for eventual passage through the slots and apertures. The arrangement maximizes the use of the circumferential space of the bearing for efficient oil distribution.

    摘要: A GUI (Graphical User Interface) is used to display items at a user terminal. Each item is user selectable and representative of a search category. A user selects one of the items to generate a query with no other user input required to generate the query. The query includes an identifier of the selected search category and a location identifier. A search for elements associated with the selected category are is performed. A geographical area is defined using the location identifier and a determination is made as to which elements are within the geographical area. The elements that are within the geographical area are then sent to the user terminal. The elements may contain information on establishments such addresses and contact information together with a distance from a central position. In some implementations, the elements are displayed in ascending order of distance of respective establishments from the central position.
