摘要： A method of manufacturing a mask for a semiconductor device includes checking layout data for a mask in the semiconductor device and correcting any errors in the layout data that violate the design rule, filling small jogs in the layout data, performing optical proximity correction on the jog-filled layout data, and generating a mask pattern using the jog-filled layout data subjected to the optical proximity correction. By this process, it is possible to simplify the layout database to be subjected to optical proximity correction and minimize any errors that may cause unnecessary optical proximity correction (OPC) issues.

The method includes registering an event planned to occur at a first local time based on a first time zone together with a reference time calculated from the first local time; if the mobile phone enters into a second time zone, selecting the event in accordance with a key input; and setting the event to occur at a second local time calculated from the reference time. The system and method enable selectively adapting, when a mobile phone moves from a first time zone to a second time zone, times of schedules planned in the first time zone to a local time of second time zone, thereby effectively managing the schedules in multiple time zone-crossing environment.

The detachable memory card management method of the present invention includes displaying, if at least two memory cards are detected, icons representing the memory cards on an idle mode screen, detecting selection of at least one of the icons, and creating files, stored in a source memory card represented by one of the selected icons, in a destination memory card represented by another icon. The detachable memory card management method of the present invention is capable of displaying the card icons representing the memory cards attached to the mobile terminal on the idle mode screen such that the user can identify the attached memory cards.

The integration search device of a mobile communication terminal includes an input unit having a plurality of keys to which characters and numerals are allocated; a storage unit for storing character and numeral mapping information corresponding to the keys, basic information, and edition information; a search unit for searching for a character and numeral allocated to an input key in response to an input of one of the keys and searching for previously stored basic information and edition information corresponding to a found character and numeral; a controller for sorting a search result; and a display unit for displaying the sorted search result in a list format. Therefore, a user can easily search for or execute desired information on a screen by performing an integration search through inputting a numeric key in a standby state of a mobile communication terminal.
