    摘要: A method and system for managing an on-line recruitment process is disclosed. The method and system permits a hiring manager to obtain resumes of interested parties, review the resumes, invite candidates back for an on-line interview in a virtual interview room, record the interview, have one or more members of the company review the on-line interview and provide an evaluation of the candidate's suitability for the position and potential further interviews. The candidate can then be invited back for more extensive followup interviews with multiple company members in the virtual interview room, which interviews can be recorded and evaluated later. After the evaluation, in a preferred embodiment, a decision is taken whether to invite the candidate for employment.
