摘要: A transmission terminal transmits video data and display data of a screen shared with another transmission terminal to the other transmission terminal via a predetermined relay apparatus. The transmission terminal includes a storage unit that stores relay apparatus information of the relay apparatus to which the transmission terminal transmits the video data; a receive unit that receives the display data from an external input apparatus connected to the transmission terminal; and a transmitting unit that transmits the display data received by the receive unit to the relay apparatus indicated by the relay apparatus information stored in the storage unit.

摘要: People provide content such as a recorded text or audio on various platforms, such as recorded telephone lines, social media, or web chats. The techniques described in this patent document can be used to obtain a set of topics that characterize the words in the recorded text or audio for each platform. By identifying topics being discussed on several platforms and by correlating topics between the platforms, a multi-channel topic orchestration server can generate a timeline that shows when the topic appeared on the various platforms.

摘要: A device may receive real time audio data associated with a call between an agent and a customer, and may receive customer data identifying historical interactions with the customer. The device may receive chat data associated with the customer or interactive voice response (IVR) data associated with the customer, and may generate, based on the real time audio data, transcript data identifying a real time transcript of the call with the customer. The device may process the real time audio data, the customer data, the chat data or the IVR data, and the transcript data, with a machine learning model, to determine a customer intent and one or more actions to perform based on the customer intent; and may perform the one or more actions.

摘要: A computer implemented method for communicating with contacts preferably responds to both telephone calls and written text documents, with calls being handled as they are received, and with written documents being temporarily stored before responding. Calls and written documents are monitored to determine the communication styles of the contacts and of the user in dealing with the contacts, with these styles then being applied to the responses, which include answers to questions from the contacts. Connections to other components and systems provide answers regarding the location and scheduling of the user, product inventories, etc.

摘要: A server computer receives an indication of an interaction between a first user device of a first user and a second user device of a second user, where the interaction includes a message for transmission from the first user to the second user. The server computer performs a verification process on the message, including performing one or more binary checks on the message. The server computer then generates a response indicating whether the message is a legitimate message based on the verification process. When the response indicates that the message is a legitimate message, the server computer transmits the message to the second user device of the second user for display.

摘要: A method for communication includes establishing multiple communication links over a packet network between a server and plurality of client computers that are to participate in a video teleconference. The client computers may also create secondary communication links that function similarly to links between the server and client computers. The server receives from the client computers uplink audio packets and uplink video packets, which respectively contain audio and video data captured by each of the client computers. The server determines the optimal bandwidth for each client computer. The server also mixes the audio data from the uplink audio packets so as to create respective streams of mixed audio data for transmission to the client computers and transmits to the client computers downlink audio packets containing the respective streams of mixed audio data. The server relays the video data to the client computers in downlink video packets. The client computers receive and synchronize the video data with the mixed audio data.

摘要: A telecommunication and multimedia management apparatus and method that supports voice and other media communications and that enables users to: (i) participate in multiple conversation modes, including live phone calls, conference calls, instant voice messaging or tactical communications; (ii) review the messages of conversations in either a live mode or a time-shifted mode and to seamlessly transition back and forth between the two modes; (iii) participate in multiple conversations either concurrently or simultaneously; (iv) archive the messages of conversations for later review or processing; and (v) persistently store media either created or received on the communication devices of users. The latter feature enables users to generate or review media when either disconnected from the network or network conditions are poor and to optimize the delivery of media over the network based on network conditions and the intention of the users participating in conversations.

摘要: A network method for using a network telephone voice-mail service, by which a caller may leave a voice-message that includes the identification of an attachment, which may include, as examples only, audio, video, text, programs, spreadsheets and graphic attachments. A video, text, spreadsheet or graphic attachment may be converted to an audible attachment to the voice-mail at the caller's or the voice-mail subscriber's request. Such entries may be made, after receiving an automated prompt for leaving an attachment identifier or conversion request, audibly or by using a keypad entry. A network method is also provided for using a network telephone voice-mail service, by which the voice-mail service may detect an attachment to a voice-mail message and provide access to the attachment to the voice-mail message.

摘要: Apparatus, methods, and machine-readable articles of manufacture improve reliability and scalability of a messaging system. In some embodiments, the system's configuration data and subscriber information are stored in a central repository of a core node, and replicated to one or more non-core nodes. Data replication may be performed in real-time or near real-time, periodically, sporadically, or otherwise. Nodes may rely on the replicated data to provide the system's subscribers and outside callers with services that do not involve updating of configuration or subscriber data. In this way, the non-core nodes may continue to process calls when the core node is unavailable. For example, the non-core nodes can route calls to the appropriate subscribers without relying on the core. As another example, the non-core nodes can take messages from callers when the core node is unavailable. The messages may be queued for posting and delivery when the core node becomes available.
