    摘要： The disclosure relates to an implantable woven graft for bridging a defect in a main vessel near one or more branch vessels. The graft includes a region of reduced yarn density. Reduced yarn density regions are alignable with at least one of the one or more branch vessels, and are suitable for in situ fenestration, for example by perforation. The disclosed examples are particularly suited for bridging abdominal aortic aneurysms.

    摘要： An endoluminal prosthesis (110) for a curved vessel includes a tubular graft defining a lumen between a proximal end and a distal end, the tubular graft comprising a proximal section (114) and a second section distal (116) of the proximal section, where a proximal end of the second section is adjacent to a distal end of the proximal section. The proximal section includes a first biocompatible material having pliable textile strands aligned in a first direction interwoven with pliable textile strands aligned in a second direction. The second section includes a second biocompatible material having textile strands aligned in a first direction interwoven with textile strands aligned in a second direction, where the proximal section is more pliable than the second section.

    摘要： The present embodiments provide a stent-graft for use in a medical procedure that includes a graft having at least first and second reinforced holes disposed in the graft. The first and second reinforced holes may include first and second grommets. In one embodiment, a first stent may be coupled to the graft using at least one suture disposed through the first and second grommets. Alternatively, a first stent may be coupled to the graft, such that the first stent itself is disposed through the first and second grommets. The grommets may include self-sealing properties to reduce leakage around the sutures and/or stent segments that are disposed through the grommets.
