摘要: A delivery system for a furcated stent having a stem and at least two arms, the delivery system including a delivery catheter comprising an elongated first tube having a proximal end and a distal end, and a tubular furcated part at the distal end configured to accommodate the arms; wherein the tubular furcated part includes two or more limbs, each limb provided with a slit, thereby providing multiple limbs having multiple slits, the multiple slits together form a passageway for passage therethrough of the furcated stent, the passageway has a narrowed state and a widened state and is biased in the narrowed state, and the tubular furcated part is formed of a compliant material and is configured to allow repeatable transition between the passageway narrowed state and passageway widened state.

摘要: A hybrid endoprosthetic device comprises a stented tubular part and a branched tubular body connected such that a main lumen of the stented tubular part communicates with a main lumen of the branched tubular body. The branched tubular body has multiple branch lumens for connection with natural vessels of the vasculature, and includes at least one branch lumen for access to facilitate delivery and implantation of the hybrid endoprosthetic device by an endovascular step in a hybrid surgical procedure. The hybrid endoprosthetic device is configured to replace a part of the aorta and common iliac artery. A delivery system for use with the device is also disclosed.

摘要: A fenestrated graft deployment system, with a delivery catheter having a catheter body. An endoluminal prosthesis having a main graft body, the main graft body having a lumen therethrough and a first opening laterally through a wall of the main graft body. A first guidewire prepositioned within the delivery catheter extending through at least a portion of the catheter body into a main lumen of the endoluminal prosthesis and through the first opening in the wall of the prosthesis when the delivery catheter is in a predeployed configuration. A first fenestration alignment device is configured to extend through at least a portion of the delivery catheter and is configured to be axially moveable relative to the first guidewire. The first fenestration alignment device has an end portion having an outside perimeter configured such that when an end portion of the fenestration alignment device moves toward the first opening of said main graft body the outside perimeter of the first opening is smaller than the outside perimeter of the first fenestration alignment device and prevents it from passing through the first opening and causes the main graft body adjacent to the first opening to move with the end of the first fenestration alignment device to act as alignment tool to allow an operator to align the first opening in the side of the endoluminal prosthesis with an ostium of a target branch vessel into which said first opening is to extend and act as a guide and seal for a subsequently delivered branch graft endoluminal prosthesis.

Methods for delivering vascular repair devices include delivering a vascular repair device through a blood vessel to the aneurysm site, aligning a proximal open end of a main prosthesis cranially to the site of the aneurysm patient and directing a distal end of at least one additional one vascular repair device through a proximal end of at least a first internal lumen, and aligning the proximal end of the additional vascular repair device into a distal end of the at least one sub-prosthesis.

摘要: The techniques of this disclosure generally relate to a vector flush sizing catheter that is used initially to disperse contrast and measure a length of a main vessel using radiopaque measuring markers of the catheter. Subsequently, the vector flush sizing catheter is used to guide and introduce another endovascular device into the main vessel. By using the vector flush sizing catheter for both procedures, the exchange of catheters, the complexity of the procedure, and the associated risks are minimized.

摘要: A stent graft device having radiopaque markers for rotational orientation. The stent graft device may include an expandable stent frame and attached graft member. Two radiopaque markers, one the mirror image of the other, positioned on opposite sides of the stent graft at the same axial position along the longitudinal axis of the stent graft device, may be used to provide fine granularity rotational orientation of the stent graft. The two radiopaque markers may be attached to a same stent element and be in the form of checkmarks or some other linear asymmetric design that allow a user to view rotational orientation of the stent graft device by the amount of alignment and overlap of the two radiopaque markers when viewed via an imaging device such as an x-ray.
