摘要: According to various embodiments, a document storage tray includes a tray body and a document panel defining a document storage region. The tray further includes two internal alignment rails disposed in the interior of the tray body. The internal alignment rails are configured to facilitate an alignment of documents that are stored in the document tray via a plurality of alignment rods coupled to the rails and a plurality of document storage sleeves, configured to receive and house documents. A document stored in the document tray may be viewed, read, or accessed without requiring removal from the document storage tray. In this way, the embodiments may save the user time and allow the user to store and organize documents in a manner that will preserve the organization when the document is viewed or read.

摘要: A dispatch center utilizes an expedited dispatch protocol for an information provider who is a trained first responder to communicate with the dispatch center and provide patient information with little or no prompting from a dispatcher. The expedited dispatch protocol provides expedited processing of the patient information and generates a determinant code which indicates the priority of the emergency. The expedited dispatch protocol provides a uniform, consistent result to objectively select priority and generate an appropriate emergency response.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided to guide an emergency dispatcher in responding to emergency communications. The systems and methods may allow the dispatcher to use one or more of a plurality of different communication methods to communicate with a person needing assistance, such as by sending graphical multimedia messages with instructions for treatment. The systems and methods can include an emergency police, emergency fire, and/or emergency medical dispatch protocol configured to facilitate rapid, uniform, and consistent handling of communications. The emergency dispatch protocol presents a pre-scripted interrogation, including preprogrammed inquiries for a dispatcher to ask the person needing assistance. The dispatch protocol may facilitate quick deployment of responders. The emergency dispatcher may be able to manually or automatically send pre-dispatch or post-dispatch instructions in pictorial or video format to the person needing assistance for more effective guidance and/or instruction of treatment methods.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided to assist an emergency dispatcher in responding to emergency calls reporting incidents involving a hate crime or other anti-social behavior toward a victim. The systems and methods can include an emergency police dispatch protocol configured to facilitate uniform and consistent gathering of information about an incident being reported and configured to determine a determinant value corresponding to an appropriate emergency dispatch response. A diagnostic tool is provided to aid the dispatcher in gathering information about the victim that pertains to one or more bias categories. The victim information can be used to identify one or more potential biases that could have motivated the perpetrator of the hate crime or other anti-social behavior. The diagnostic tool facilitates uniform and consistent gathering of victim information pertaining to various bias types. The information may be stored and/or processed for use in monitoring and/or tracking hate crimes and other anti-social behavior. The diagnostic tool can be launched automatically by the emergency dispatch protocol, or manually by a dispatcher. The diagnostic tool presents a user interface that provides, among other things, instructions, symptoms, and input fields.

摘要: A system and method to assist an emergency medical dispatcher in responding to emergency calls. A computer implemented emergency medical dispatch protocol includes interrogatories for a dispatcher to ask a caller to generate an appropriate response. A diagnostic tool is provided to aid the dispatcher in gathering symptom information for a patient who may be suffering from a pandemic illness, such as a severe respiratory infection like influenza. The diagnostic tool facilitates uniform and consistent gathering of symptom information relating to a pandemic outbreak. The information may be stored and/or processed for use in monitoring and/or tracking pandemic outbreaks. The diagnostic tool can be launched automatically by the emergency dispatch protocol, or manually by a dispatcher. The diagnostic tool presents a user interface that provides, among other things, instructions, symptoms, and input fields.

摘要: A method and system for receiving, processing and responding to emergency medical calls by emergency dispatchers is described. A consistent, standard and systematic process is provided which in combination with adequate training, supervision and quality assurance serves to provide a method for gathering emergency medical information, categorizing such information into various determinant levels for appropriate response, and for giving qualified emergency medical information to callers thereby permitting “zero-time” response by those at the scene. By using this invention properly a dispatcher is guided through the interrogation of callers, gathering the critical information, dispatching the appropriate mobile care rapidly when needed and, especially in this embodiment, giving the appropriate guidance to the caller. This invention specifically guides the dispatcher through the universal exit protocol, thereby using determinate criticality values to identifying the most urgent emergencies and give consistent reliable post-dispatch instructions.

摘要: A method and system for receiving, processing and responding to emergency medical calls for patients with pregnancy related medical problems is described. A consistent, standard and systematic process is provided which in combination with adequate training, supervision and quality assurance serves to provide a method for gathering emergency medical information regarding a patients pregnancy problems, categorizing such information into various determinant levels for appropriate response, and for giving qualified emergency medical information to callers thereby permitting "zero time" response by those at the scene. By using this invention properly a dispatcher is guided through the interrogation of callers concerned with pregnancy, childbirth or miscarriage medical problems, gathering critical information and giving the appropriate guidance to the caller. This invention specifically guides the dispatcher through the steps of the pregnancy/childbirth/miscarriage protocol, thereby identifying the degree of urgency of such complaints and appropriately dispatching emergency medical responders.
