Abstract:
A parking alarm of a towing connector having a buzzer mounted in the housing thereof and electrically connected with the positive terminal and negative terminal of the buzzer to the terminal for parking light and grounding terminal of the male connector at one end of the housing such that the buzzer is electrically to produce an audio warning signal when the parking light is turned on during a backward movement of the truck and the trailer.
Abstract:
A one-way cable terminal connector includes a connector base having a crossed open chamber and an upright post in the open chamber, two V-shaped metal spring plates respectively coupled to the upright post in the open chamber, each spring plate having a retaining end piece adapted to hold down the core of a respective cable being inserted into the connector base, and a metal column fixedly fastened to the upright post to secure the spring plates in place for contacting and supporting the core of inserted cables.
Abstract:
A female connector member for a towing connector includes a buzzer mounted in an accommodation chamber of a connector body and electrically connected to the reverse light terminal and grounding terminal to give an audio warning signal when the towing vehicle is moving backwards. A light emitting diode (LED) circuit board is mounted in the accommodation chamber and is electrically coupled to the buzzer for controlling LEDs to flash when the buzzer buzzes.
Abstract:
A female connector member for towing connector is disclosed to have a light emitting diode indicator light set installed in the locating frame thereof, keeping the light emitting diode indicator lights respectively electrically connected to the left direction light, right directional light, license light (tail light), stop light, battery charger, and back light of the towing truck and protruded over the front side of the locating frame for easy checking of the functioning of the respective signal lights and the battery charger of the towing truck.
Abstract:
A towing connector is constructed to include a housing defining a receptacle, which holds a U-shaped conducting plate and 6 metal contact plates around the U-shaped conducting plate, a 4-pole female connector mounted in an insertion hole in the housing, first conducting wires respectively connected to the metal contact plates, second conducting wires connecting the 4-pole female connector to four of the first conducting wires, a 4-pole male connector connected to the other ends of the four first conducting wires being connected to the second conducting wires, a front cover and a sealing cap pivoted to the housing and forced by a torsional spring to close the receptacle and the 4-pole female connector, a rear cap and a flexible bellows tube adapted to protect the conducting wires, and a bracket detachably fastened to the housing by screws for mounting.
Abstract:
An electric wire connector and electric wire arrangement, which includes a cylindrical casing, the cylindrical casing having an axially extended wire hole, first and second longitudinal positioning grooves disposed in the wire hole at bottom and top sides and axially extended to one end thereof, and two locating grooves respectively and axially extended to two opposite ends thereof in reversed directions, a metal contact plate mounted in the second longitudinal positioning groove inside the casing, two electric wires respectively inserted into the wire hole from two opposite ends of the casing, and a metal retaining plate mounted in the first longitudinal positioning groove inside casing to hold the conductor means of the electric wires in close contact with the metal contact plate, the metal retaining plate having a flat, elongated base portion mounted in the first longitudinal positioning groove, two retaining portions extended upwardly obliquely from two opposite ends of the base portion and respectively pressed on the conductor means of the electric wire against the metal contact plate, a hooksed portion hooked on a stop edge at one end of the locating groove, and a shoulder portion connected between one end of the base portion and one of the retaining portions and stopped at a top edge at one end of the first longitudinal positioning groove.
Abstract:
A plug terminal mounting arrangement includes a terminal holder base holding six terminals in respective terminal slots thereon. A U-shaped metal plate and a metal connecting block are fastened to front and rear side walls of the terminal holder base. Six U-shaped locating plates are respectively coupled between adjacent V-shaped locating blocks at the rear side of the terminal holder base. A seven-line power cord has seven wires respectively connected to the metal connecting blocks and the terminals. The V-shaped locating blocks have a partition board arranged between the legs of the V-shape for preventing the U-shaped locating plates from contacting one another. The terminal slots of the terminal holder base each having a rectangular cross section at one end adjacent the front side wall of the terminal holder base, and a T-shaped cross section at an opposite end adjacent the rear side wall of the terminal holder base. This structure of the terminal slots assists in proper location of the terminal within the terminal slots when the terminals are inserted into the terminal slots and pressed forward by a press.
