The system includes a light source, a detector array, a timing circuit, an inertial guidance system and a processor connected to the timing circuit and the inertial guidance system. The light source generates an optical pulse and projects the optical pulse on an object so that it is reflected as a reflected pulse. The detector array includes a plurality of detectors, wherein the detectors are oriented to receive the reflected pulse. The timing circuit determines when the reflected pulse reached detectors on the detector array. The inertial guidance system measures angular velocity and acceleration. The processor forms a composite image of the three-dimensional scene as a function of camera position and range to objects in the three-dimensional scene.

The entity is preferably structured as an offshore pooled vehicle, which may have one or more sub-funds that vary by investment objective and/or eligible investments. Each pooled vehicle is preferably organized as an Irish CCF, a Luxembourg FCP, a Dutch FGR or other tax-transparent vehicle. The investors in such pooled vehicles and sub-funds are preferably the employee benefit plans of the multinational corporation. A banking or trust organization that is duly qualified and licensed to act under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction as a management company for the pooled vehicles will act on behalf of the applicable pooled vehicle.

An initiation for a controlled radical polymerisation process comprises a biologically active, usually therapeutically active, moiety and the monomer includes zwitterionic monomer for instance 2-methacryloyloxyethyl-2′-trimethylammonium ethyl phosphate inner salt. The process allows close control of the molecular weight and polydispersity of the polymeric moiety and the possibility of optimizing the delivery characteristics of the active agent.
