摘要： A gas generating device includes a housing and a squib. The housing includes a housing body which accommodates a gas generating agent, a holder which holds a squib, and a connector which connects the housing and the holder to each other. A housing body is connected to the holder so that an annular contact portion is pressed toward the holder. The holder includes a holder body and a resinous molding portion which is interposed between the holder body and the squib. The resinous molding portion includes a flange portion with which the annular contact portion comes into contact. The holder body includes a support portion capable of supporting the flange portion when the housing body and the holder are connected to each other by the connector.

摘要： A gas generator includes a housing body for housing a gas generating charge, a squib for igniting the gas generating charge and a holder section that holds the squib. The holder section includes a holder body made of metal and a molded section that is molded from synthetic resin and located between the holder body and the squib. The squib and the holder body are integrally molded with the molded section at molding of the molded section. The holder section includes a support section that protrudes inwardly to support an igniter of the squib. The support section is covered by the molded section all over the outer surface and has such a sectional contour as to taper toward the leading end as taken along an axial direction of the housing body.

摘要： An inflator includes a plate-like retainer that is placed in a pressure container of the inflator for producing gas to be supplied to an airbag. At the center of the inflator is formed a fitting section fitted to a tube placed in the pressure container. The tube separates an ignition source and a gas generation agent. At least one pressure release hole is provided on the outer side of the outer periphery of the fitting section. The retainer has a step formed at a portion where the outer periphery of the retainer is in contact with the filter. The retainer and inflator may have simple structures not affecting productivity and reliably preventing gas leakage between the retainer and a filter.

摘要： An airbag device may include a gas generator comprising: an initiator that is activated by an impact on a vehicle; an ignition agent that is ignited by the initiator; an ignition agent housing chamber that houses the ignition agent; a gas generating agent that is ignited and burned by the ignition agent; and a combustion chamber housing the gas generating agent. An airbag may be inflated by a gas generated by the combustion of the gas generating agent. Further, the ignition agent housing chamber is only partially filled with the ignition agent, thereby forming a space in the ignition agent housing chamber that is not filled with the ignition agent.

摘要： An airbag inflator in which a pressure vessel constituted by a base and a diffuser accommodates an igniter, a gas generating agent, a filter, and an inner cover that covers the gas generating agent and includes a bent portion that contacts an inner wall of the filter. The filter has a layered structure constituted by an inner filter and a wire mesh outer filter. The inner filter is of a cylindrical shape, in which upper and lower end portions are formed in a tapered shape that decreases in height toward an outer peripheral side. The wire mesh outer filter is fitted over an outer peripheral surface of the inner filter, excluding at least the respective end portions formed in the tapered shape, and has a slightly larger outer diameter than an inner diameter of the base. The filter is press-fitted into the base. Thus, the filter can be incorporated into the base easily. Further, close contact with the inner cover can be maintained when the diffuser and the base are integrated by welding.

摘要： A rotary barbeque apparatus with a forward-reverse motor includes a machine, a cover, a barbeque tray, an electric heating tray, a temperature detection device, and a barbeque rack. A drive motor is installed at an end of the barbeque rack. The temperature detection device includes a temperature sensor and a temperature control device. The temperature sensor transmits a detected temperature to the temperature control device through a transmission cable. The drive motor is a forward-reverse motor. The temperature sensor is a probe directly inserted into a barbeque food for detecting the temperature of the barbeque food, so that a user may determine whether or not the food is cooked to effectively prevent the barbeque food from producing harmful chemical substances by a too-high temperature. To prevent damaging the transmission cable of the temperature sensor in the rotation of the barbeque rack, a forward-reverse rotating drive motor is adopted.
