摘要: The invention relates to a device connecting method when implementing dynamic networking in a home network which is used to manage a peer-to-peer device in a network without a resource management device. The device connecting method includes the steps of: sending a device connecting request from a connection initiating device to a connection target device; generating a connection challenge value randomly by the connection target device and sending it to the connection initiating device; generating a connection reply value according to the connection challenge value by the connection initiating device and sending it to the connection target device; sending a connection response message from the connection target device to the connection initiating device according to the connection reply value; and judging a result of connection according to the connection response message, by the connection initiating device, when the connection response message represents successful, establishing a peer-to-peer connection between the connection initiating device and the connection target device. A connection disconnecting method includes the steps of: if one of devices having a peer-to-peer connection relation sends a connection disconnecting message to the other, then the connection being able to be disconnected. The initiating and target devices can be a service providing device and a service utilizing device one another.

摘要: The invention relates to a method allowing dynamically networking among a plurality of devices to share resource. It includes: installing a software of dynamic networking and resource sharing on each of devices to realize dynamic networking and resource sharing. These devices periodically announce information with multicasting. A device serves as node control device, and announces the message of the existence of the device through multicasting, creates a node. A device can find the node by monitoring announcement message from the node. The device which requests to join into the node device registers its service information that can be provided by the device to the node control device. The device which has joined into the node finds the device providing service by indexing the nodal control device, and obtains desired service from the device by sending a service calling information. The method is applied to home backbone network for performing networking in home network. Then a topology connection structure with master/slave and peer-to-peer modes can be realized. The dynamic networking and resource sharing between the service providing device and the service utilizing device in the home backbone network can be realized.

摘要: Techniques are described for creating a context-aware landing page. A context-aware landing page is capable of dynamically updating its tiles to include content tiles which are related to a received triggering event. The triggering event can be received from a business context source. When the triggering event is received, a weighting table that contains a plurality of content tiles can be retrieved. The method can then select one or more content tiles to include in the context-aware landing page. The selection of the one or more content tiles can depend on the triggering event.

摘要: A single multidirectional chuck for use with a cutting beam such as a fluid jet is disclosed. The single multidirectional chuck includes a first set of cutting slots oriented in a first direction and a second set of cutting slots oriented in a second direction that is transverse to the first direction. One set of cutting slots extends entirely through the chuck so that the cutting beam may pass therethrough. The other set of cutting slots, which are transverse to the first set, only extend partially into the chuck. The partially extended cutting slots each provide a space that leads to a sacrificial member housed with a cavity in the single chuck. During a cutting operation, the cutting beam passes through the partially extended cutting slots and bombards the sacrificial member. The sacrificial member is configured to sacrifice itself in order to protect the structural components of the chuck. The sacrificial member is also configured to temper and redirect the flow of the fluid jet so that it can be exhausted out of the chuck as for example through the fully extended cutting slots.

摘要: A system or method for calibrating an RF transmitter includes inputting a test tone to the RF transmitter. LO leakage calibration is performed on an output of the RF transmitter with the test tone inputted thereto, in order to determine a minimum LO leakage. Thereafter, sideband image calibration is performed on the output of the RF transmitter with the test tone inputted thereto, in order to determine a minimum sideband image. Operational values for the RF transmitter are stored in memory based on the detected minimum LO leakage and the detected minimum sideband image, to be used during a normal operation mode of the RF transmitter.
