摘要： A video encoding/decoding apparatus includes: a video encoder for dividing coding unit block into combination of subblocks of codable size, determining combination of inter blocks and intra blocks with respect to each subblock, determining encoding order of intra encoding blocks within coding unit considering referencing possibility of peripheral pixel values of current block to be intra-prediction encoded, bi-directional intra prediction encoding the current block in determined encoding order, and transmitting encoding mode/size information of subblocks after locating encoding mode/size information in front of a syntax of the coding unit; and a video decoder for restoring encoding mode/size information of subblocks within the coding unit by decoding encoded data, reconstructing inter prediction encoded blocks, based on restored encoding mode information, and determining decoding order of intra prediction mode blocks according to encoding mode/size information of each subblock within coding unit, and conditions on referencing possibility of peripheral blocks of coding unit.

摘要： An image forming apparatus having an improved structure to enable a user to conveniently operate the image forming apparatus at a front of the image forming apparatus, and a method thereof. The image forming apparatus includes a main body formed with a discharge port at a front portion, a printing unit mounted inside the main body and disposed adjacent to a front panel of the main body, a feeding unit to feed paper printed by the printing unit toward a rear panel of the main body, and a discharge reversal unit to reverse a moving direction of the paper fed by the feeding unit to feed the paper to the discharge port. A sensor to detect a moving position of the paper and a paper guide guiding movement of the paper is mounted between the feeding unit and the discharge reversal unit.

摘要： Disclosed is a display device with small thickness and good aesthetic exterior appearance, which comprises a liquid crystal display panel for displaying images; a backlight unit for supplying light to the liquid crystal display panel; and a support member for supporting the liquid crystal display panel and the backlight unit, wherein the support member comprises a set cover for receiving the liquid crystal display panel and the backlight unit, the set cover functioning as an external cover; and a guide frame for guiding the position of the liquid crystal display panel and backlight unit, wherein the guide frame and liquid crystal display panel are connected with each other by a connection member provided therebetween. At this time, the lower and lateral sides of the display device are covered without using upper and external cases to cover the upper edge of display device. Thus, the entire thickness of the display device is decreased; the bezel width of the display device is also decreased; and the entire step coverage of the display device is removed, whereby the front of the display device is recognized as one structure, to thereby allow the good aesthetic exterior appearance of the display device.
