    摘要: A semiconductor structure may implement a metal-oxide-metal capacitor. When layer design rules change from one layer to the next, the structure may change the direction of the interleaved plates of the capacitor. For example, when the metallization width or spacing design rules change from layer M3 to layer M4, the structure may run the capacitor traces in different directions (e.g., orthogonal to one another) on M3 as compared to M4. Among the layers that adhere to the same design rules, for example layers M1, M2, and M3, the structure may run the capacitor traces in the same direction in each of the layers M1, M2, and M3. In this way, the capacitor traces overlap to large extent without misalignment on layers that have the same design rules, and the structure avoids misalignment of the capacitor traces when the design rules change.

    摘要: A semiconductor structure may implement a metal-oxide-metal capacitor.     摘要: Systems and methods are provided for providing an answer to a question left unanswered in an electronic discussion forum. In some embodiments, a question that has not been answered may be identified in a first discussion forum. A second discussion forum in which to present the question may be determined, where the second discussion forum is more likely than the first discussion forum to result in an answer to the question. The question may then be presented in the second discussion forum, and one or more responses to the question may be received in the second discussion forum. It may then be determined whether one of the one or more responses includes a good answer to the question, and when the determination is that one of the one or more responses includes a good answer, the good answer may be presented in the first discussion forum.

    摘要: Described is a method and data structure that enables an object to be specified declaratively within a markup document. The markup document may be XML-based. In accordance with the invention, the object is written based on a mapping. The mapping includes a URL attribute for defining a location for a definition file having assemblies and namespaces where classes are specified. The class name is mapped to the markup document as a tag name. Properties and events of a class are mapped to attributes of the tag associated with the class. The method further includes a method to parse the markup language to create a hierarchy of objects. Attributes that do not map directly to a class are defined with a definition tag. The definition tag is also used to add programming code to a page.
