摘要： The invention relates to a system for power generation in a process for producing hydrocarbons by catalytic conversion of synthesis gas, involving: i. an oxidation unit for producing synthesis gas and oxidation unit steam by partial oxidation of a hydro-carbonaceous feed and oxygen containing gas; ii. a conversion unit for producing said hydrocarbons and conversion unit steam by catalytical conversion of said synthesis gas; and iii. means for super heating conversion unit steam and a unit for power generation using the super heated steam.

摘要： A process for producing normally liquid hydrocarbon products from a hydrocarbonaceous feedstock, especially from normally gaseous hydrocarbon feed, having the following steps: (a) partial oxidation of the normally gaseous hydrocarbon feed at elevated pressure using air or oxygen enriched air as oxidant, to obtain a syngas mixture having hydrogen, carbon monoxide and nitrogen; (b) converting hydrogen and carbon monoxide obtained in step (a) into a normally liquid hydrocarbon product and a normally gaseous hydrocarbon product; (c) separating from the reaction mixture obtained in step (b) an off-gas mixture having nitrogen, normally gaseous hydrocarbon product, and unconverted hydrogen, carbon monoxide and normally gaseous hydrocarbon feed, insofar as such unconverted components are present; (d) combusting at least a part of the off-gas mixture in a steam raising apparatus, producing steam of an elevated pressure; and (e) expanding the steam produced in step (d) for compressing the air or oxygen enriched air and/or the normally gaseous hydrocarbon feed used in step (a); and a plant having equipment in a line-up suitable for carrying out the process.

摘要： A floating plant for liquefying natural gas having a barge provided with a liquefaction plant, member for receiving natural gas and with member for storing and discharging liquefied natural gas. The liquefaction plant involves a heat exchange in which heat is removed when liquefying natural gas is transferred to water. The barge is further provided with a receptacle; an open-ended water intake conduit having an inlet; a connecting conduit extending from the outlet of the water intake conduit to the receptacle; a pump for transporting water from the receptacle to the heat exchanger and a water discharge system for discharging water removed from the heat exchanger. The connecting conduit has the shape of an inverted “U” of which the top is located above the receptacle.
