摘要： A one-piece guide tool for use in guiding a harnessing device underneath a plurality of wires disposed on a harness board. The guide tool comprises an elongated body having a top surface on which the plurality of wires can be seated, a pair of sides and an elongated slot. The elongated slot extends down from the top surface and includes an entry end and an exit end. The elongated slot has a depth sufficient to enable a harnessing device to be guided into the elongated slot from the entry end, underneath the plurality of wires seated on the top surface and then out through the exit end without slipping out of the slot. Each of the sides of the elongated body includes a tab for mounting the guide tool onto the harness board.

摘要： The present invention relates to the use of extra particulate additives in selected chemically processed toner compositions for use in an image forming apparatus. The extra particulate additive may have a controlled aspect ratio and be combined with the chemically processed toner. The chemically processed toner may provide toner particles having controlled diameters and rheological properties that may be combined with a release agent. The release agent may also be selected with respect to, e.g., concentration and/or mean domain size within the toner particles including considerations of coating chemistry and/or DSC melting behavior.

摘要： Toner is rounded by vigorously mixing less than about 5 percent by weight of particulate silica to the total weight of a starting toner in a closed, recirculating air system. The starting toner contains at least about 4.5 percent by weight of the starting toner of a wax and additionally contains at least 5 percent by weight of the starting toner of a softening agent. The temperature during the mixing is no more than 13 degrees C. above the onset of the glass transition temperature of the starting toner. The final toner comprises rounded starting toner having particulate silica embedded during the mixing process.

The device also includes a stepper motor for driving the head assembly through its actuation cycle, a DC power switching supply for regulating the power supplied to the stepper motor from an AC input power source, and a controller for collecting historical data relating to usage of the device and for regulating operation of the stepper motor. The device further includes a switch for regulating the operation of the device between a single stroke or continuous stroke actuation cycle. The device additionally includes a switch for regulating the output speed of the stepper motor during its actuation cycle.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for combining extra particulate additive with toner. The method includes mixing toner and extra particulate additive in a conical mixer having temperature control. The toner may contain polymeric material having a glass transition temperature (Tg) and the mixing may be carried out wherein the temperature of the mixture is maintained at a temperature less than Tg. The above method may also be applied to a toner formulation that has first undergone a rounding operation.
