Abstract: A building management system includes (i) one or more building systems including equipment configured to serve one or more spaces in a building and (ii) one or more circuits. The one or more circuits are configured to receive an input to invoke a control strategy to modify a condition of the one or more spaces; define an output of the control strategy where the output relates to a modification that impacts at least one of a location, an equipment type, or a point type; perform a query to identify one or more points associated with the output where the one or more points are defined in terms of at least one of the location, the equipment type, or the point type; and automatically modify one or more values of the one or more points to implement the control strategy.

Abstract: A building management system (BMS) includes a storage device having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations. The operations include receiving an indication of an event relating to building equipment operable to serve spaces of a building, the indication identifying at least one of a space or a type of equipment associated with the event, determining, based on the indication, that the one or more criteria are satisfied for a first filter of a plurality of filters, each filter of the plurality of filters associated with a subset of users and specifying one or more criteria for satisfying the filter, the one or more criteria comprising at least one of a space criterion or an equipment criterion, and providing a notification of the event to the subset of users associated with the first filter in response to a determination that the one or more criteria are satisfied for the first filter.

The system manager is configured to control the devices of building equipment and generate a user interface. The user interface includes a command widget configured to allow a user to input a first command to control a first device of the plurality of devices of building equipment and an add annotation box configured to allow a user to add an annotation to the command. The system manager is further configured to control the first device in response to the command and store the annotation in an annotation database.
