摘要: A towel system, assembly, and method enable a user to quickly identify, retrieve, and replace a moisture-absorbent medium. The towel system comprises, in combination, a circular towel, a support structure, and certain fastening structure. The towel is constructed from a moisture-absorbent medium and comprises a circular periphery, an anterior surface, and a posterior surface. The support structure comprises a vertical support surface. The fastening structure has a fastened thickness and is cooperable with the towel and the support surface for enabling a user to removably fasten the towel to the support surface. The fastening structure comprises towel-based and support-based structures. The fastening structure enables the user to removably fasten the towel adjacent the support surface a distance substantially equal to the fastened thickness for preventing contact between the towel and support surface and enabling the towel to hang within an air space surrounding the anterior and posterior surfaces.

摘要: A storage and carry wrap for a plurality of storage containers of relatively rigid material comprises a generally rectangularly shaped base panel having an inner face, an outer face, and opposed ends. A handle is affixed to the base panel midway between the ends. A plurality of pockets or receptacles are affixed to the base panel and are longitudinally disposed along the inner face thereof for releasably receiving the containers. The portions of the base panel on each side of the handle are foldable along spaced-apart transversely extending fold lines to each assume a generally U-shaped configuration with the receptacles being disposed in confronting relation. A cover affixed to the base panel proximal the handle includes first and second cover panel sections extending in opposite directions from the handle, and connects to the base panel portions when folded in their U-shaped configuration.

摘要: A cleaning apparatus and related system is disclosed where the cleaning apparatus includes a one or more grabber that is actuated by a one or more slider such that the cleaning apparatus is moveable between a closed position and an open position. By moving the cleaning apparatus into the open position, a user is able to place the apparatus over a pad. Moving the apparatus into a closed position while over the pad causes the grabber to pinch the pad to the base, thereby securing it to the apparatus. When the user wishes to discard the pad, the apparatus is moved from the closed position to the open position, releasing the pad.

摘要: A system and method for automatically maximizing the quantity of a fluid which can be placed within a tank car having a maximum product weight based on the lesser of either an industry maximum product weight limit and a maximum calculated product weight at 2% outage is disclosed. The system includes a magnetostrictive probe having a movable float and a temperature gauge thereon and mounted within a tank car, such that the float is capable of being buoyed by a fluid. The system further includes a fluid pump capable of activation to transfer fluid from a bulk source to a tank car, and a controller coupled wirelessly to the magnetostrictive probe and an input device, and wired to one of either a fluid pump or shutoff valve, such that the maximum product weight is entered to the controller by the input device and the controller activates the pump or shutoff valve to begin addition of fluid to the tank car. A system monitor is coupled to the controller and wirelessly coupled to the magnetostrictive probe as well. In use, the system monitor obtains an outage value of the tank car based on a float line of the float in the fluid and the temperature of the fluid and the monitor calculates a float line correction for the given fluid at the determined temperature and then calculates a full point tank volume prior to complete filling of the tank car based upon the formula: determined ⁢   ⁢ actual ⁢   ⁢ maximum ⁢   ⁢ product ⁢   ⁢ weight ( specific ⁢   ⁢ gravity ⁢   ⁢ of ⁢   ⁢ fluid ⁢   ⁢ at ⁢   ⁢ fluid ⁢   ⁢ temp × 8.33 ⁢   ⁢ lbs ⁢ / ⁢ gallons ) wherein the calculated full point tank volume is directed to the controller and a level point (outage) corresponding to the full point tank volume is calculated by the controller which then deactivates the pump or shutoff valve when the calculated outage value equals the level point (outage).

摘要: A firearm carrying case includes a rigid outer housing and a flexible inner shell and pockets defined between the flexible inner shell and the outer housing. The outer housing includes a body having a contoured wall with an engagement portion, a chamber, and an open end. The open end is defined in a first plane. The outer housing also includes an end cap having a contoured wall an engagement portion, a chamber, and an open end. The end cap open end is defined in a second plane such that when the body and end cap are interconnected, an interior cavity is defined. The engagement portions interengage along a line of separation disposed oblique to the longitudinal axis, such that disconnection of the end cap from the body is easier. The flexible inner shell includes a soft wall defining an opening and an interior cavity for receiving the firearm. The inner shell is selectively, cooperatively and slidingly received within the chambers. The firearm may be selectively disposed within the flexible inner shell when the flexible inner shell is disposed within the body and carried independently of the rigid outer housing and in cooperation therewith.

摘要: A foldable ladder of the type having laterally spaced-apart, substantially vertically oriented front side rails joined by a plurality of steps. A rear support, preferably in the form of laterally spaced-apart, vertically oriented legs, are movable away from the side rails to open the ladder and movable toward the side rails to close the ladder. The side rails and rear legs include hinges intermediate vertical ends thereof for permitting vertical collapsing of the ladder by the folding of the side rails and rear legs about their respective hinges. A storage container, which also doubles as an article support when the ladder is used, also forms a part of the instant invention.

摘要: A method and device for testing the pressure readings obtained by a pressure sensing blood vessel catheter connected to a transducer and bedside monitor. The device includes a syringe which connects with a tube to provide an airtight test chamber. The pressure sensing end of the catheter can be inserted using sterile techniques into the test chamber through a tapered passage formed through a diaphragm on the end of the tube. A plunger can be extended into the syringe barrel to apply pressure to the test chamber. The pressure that it is applied to the catheter end is indicated on a calibrated scale imprinted on the syringe barrel for comparison with the pressure readings on the bedside monitor.
