Abstract:
A crawling simulation exercise and stretching machine having left and right horizontally oriented curved tracks suspended between a forward support frame and a rearward support frame, left and right leg supports assemblies movably mounted on the curved tracks and each having a foot platform and shin pads for supporting a user's legs, left and right arm supports assemblies pivotally mounted on the forward support frame and each having a lever and handle for supporting a user's arms, a rocker arm assembly located central to the leg supports assemblies and the arm supports assemblies, and multiple linkage assemblies operably connecting the leg supports assemblies and the arm supports assemblies to the rocker arm assembly such that the leg supports assemblies and the arm supports assemblies cooperate to create a reciprocating arcing motion of the user's arms and legs to simulate a crawling exercise or stretching motion.
Abstract:
A four-bar linkage assembly exercise station that can be adjusted to various configurations to create various exercise motions having at least one adjustable operational pivot that is movable prior to operation of the machine and stationary during operation of the machine and at least one stationary adjustment pivot operatively connected to the at least one adjustable operational pivot. The stationary adjustment pivot is also operatively connected to an adjusting and latching component or assembly that can be engaged by a user prior to operation of the machine to adjust the four-bar linkage assembly exercise station to a desired configuration to create a unique exercise motion and secure the desired configuration of the adjustable four-bar linkage assembly.
Abstract:
An upper and lower body push and pull exercise machine with a rotatable one directional resistance mechanism and adjustable angle having a movable user support frame having a forward end and a rearward end and the rearward end is pivotable relative to the floor, an angle adjusting mechanism, movable lower body user supports having a foot support platform and a shin support pad operatively connected to the movable user support frame; movable upper body user supports having a gripping handle operatively connected to the movable user support frame, a linkage assembly operatively connected to all of the user supports, a rotatable one direction resistance mechanism operatively connected to the upper and lower body user supports for creating resistance to the exercise motion of the user supports, and a resistance mechanism drive assembly operatively connecting all of the user supports to the rotatable one direction resistance mechanism.

Abstract:
A machine for exercising at least a user's abdominal muscles, the machine having a base having front and back ends; an arm lever mounted to the base near the front end of the base; a user platform moved by a user and/or by the arm levers, the user platform slidably and pivotably mounted to the base; and a linkage mechanism operatively connecting the arm lever to the user platform so that when the arm lever is moved towards the user platform, the user platform is moved towards the arm lever and a front end of the user platform is moved upwards, pivoting the user platform into an angled configuration, and when the arm lever is moved away from the user platform, the user platform is moved away from the arm lever and the front end of the user platform is moved downwards, pivoting the user platform into a horizontal configuration.

Abstract:
An exercise treadmill for simulating a dragging or pulling action, having an endless moveable surface looped around rollers or pulleys to form an upper run and a lower run, with an exercise surface for walking or running on while operating the treadmill; and a moment arm weight resistance means for simulating the dragging or pulling of a load.
Abstract:
An exercise machine with a user support and at least one user engagement actuator and a one directional rotational resistance flywheel for performing exercises that are resisted in the push direction and the pull direction. The drive system that operatively connects the at least one user engagement actuator to the one directional rotational resistance flywheel is configured such that more or less force is required to move the at least one user engagement actuator in the push direction than to move the at least one user engagement actuator in the pull direction.
Abstract:
A machine for concurrently exercising one or more of a user's muscle groups, the machine having a base having front and back ends, one or more linear slide rails, a user support and an engagement member for the user's hands or feet. The user support slides while pivoting during the exercise motion such that the location and angle of the user support is dictated by the linkage mechanism that positions and connects the user support relative to the other parts of the machine. The user support can be caused to move by the engagement member being acted upon by the user's feet only, by the user's hands only or a combination of the user's feet and hands concurrently during the exercise.
