摘要： Improved hardenable resin compositions useful in forming hard permeable masses in remote locations or zones are provided. The compositions include hardening agents which are non-hazardous to personnel and which are compatible with other components of the compositions. Methods of continuously forming and suspending particulate material coated with the improved resin compositions in gelled aqueous carrier liquid are also provided.

In accordance with the methods, substantially continuous streams of a gelled aqueous carrier liquid, uncoated particulate material, a resin composition which will subsequently harden and a surface active agent are admixed whereby the particulate material is continuously coated with the resin composition and suspended in the gelled aqueous carrier liquid.

摘要： Methods of consolidating incompetent subterranean formations are provided whereby aqueous treating solutions are utilized to condition the formation, to carry a hardenable organic consolidating fluid into the formation and/or to carry particulated solids coated with a hardenable organic consolidating fluid into the formation and to cause the organic consolidating fluid to harden whereby a hard permeable mass is formed in the formation which prevents the undesirable movement of loose or incompetent sands therein.

摘要： A method and composition for filling voids in a subterranean formation to provide a fill having a substantially uniform permeability. A viscosified aqueous fluid is prepared to which is added a first particulate having a particle size no greater than about 10 mesh, another particulate having a particle size of less than about 1/7th the median diameter of the first particulate and a resin composition capable of coating at least a portion of the particulate. The fluid is introduced into a subterranean formation to fill at least a portion of the voids that may be present in the formation, compacted and allowed to set to provide the permeable fill material.
