摘要： This technique for assembling a print head for an LED printer has LED dice first assembled into precisely known locations on mounting tiles. A portion of the front face of each tile is left exposed beyond anything mounted on the tile. The tiles are then assembled with these exposed areas on a planar reference on an assembly fixture. Reference surfaces built into the fixture align the edges of the tiles, and hence the LED dice. Finally a mother plate is adhesively bonded onto the backs of the tiles. The adhesive accommodates thickness variations in the mounting tiles, and lack of flatness in the back surfaces of the tiles and the front face of the mother plate. Reference tiles coplanar with the reference plane formed by the front faces of the mounting tiles provide a z axis reference.

摘要： A vehicle controller is presented for use in a remote keyless entry system for controlling a vehicle device function. The controller includes a receiver for receiving a RF request signal including a security code uniquely identifying a portable transmitter that is authorized entry into the vehicle and for controlling access to the vehicle when the received security code matches a prestored security code. A circuit board carries the receiver and a flat ground plane. A helical antenna is mounted on the circuit board and includes an elongated conductive member having one end electrically connected to the receiver means and an opposite free end. The conductive member is helically coiled about a helical axis intermediate the ends thereof with the helical axis being perpendicular to the ground plane. The antenna is configured to provide an omni-directional radiation pattern about the helical axis.

摘要： A locking assembly for application to the front door of an upright refrigerator, having magnetic means for yieldably retaining the door in closed position, which includes an elongated locking member having an elongated pivot slot in one end thereof and a locking hook on the other. The assembly also includes a pair of substantially identical pivot and keeper members, both adapted for adhesive securement, the pivot member to the refrigerator and the keeper member to the door. The pivot member extends through the slot in the locking member, while the hook on the latter is engageable with the keeper member.
