摘要: A method of manufacturing glass melt and a method of manufacturing molded glass material by forming glass melt. In the method of manufacturing glass melt, the glass melt containing fluorine is prepared by melting glass raw materials and refining the resulting glass melt. The refining is conducted in a refining vat equipped with a flow inlet through which flows glass melt obtained by heating and melting the glass raw materials, and a flow outlet through which flows glass melt that has been refined, with the level of the glass melt being maintained in such a manner that the flow inlet and flow outlet remain beneath the surface of the glass melt and the glass melt does not contact external air. The method of manufacturing a molded glass material comprises the step of molding the glass melt produced by the above method.

摘要: A centrifugal fan used as a ventilating fan is provided which can increase a range of frequencies of noises in which noises can be suppressed and can adjust frequencies of noises at which noises can be suppressed. The centrifugal fan includes, in an outer casing, a motor that couples an impeller, a casing that surrounds a periphery of the impeller and has a bell-mouthed suction port on one side, and a bell-mouthed orifice that has an opening that is concentric with the suction port and has a diameter equal to or smaller than that of the suction port, wherein a member closing a clearance portion between an end of the orifice and the casing is a noise absorbing structural material, and a space formed by the orifice is a rear air layer, thereby forming a resonance type noise absorbing structure.

摘要: The present invention provides a sustained-release aromatic, characterized in that the aromatic comprises at least one perfume derivative as an active component selected from glycosides of perfumes, phosphoric acid ester derivatives of perfumes, amino acid derivatives of perfumes and carboxylic acid derivatives of perfumes, and contains no enzyme or acid which decomposes the perfume derivative, wherein the perfume derivative is decomposed by bacteria usually present on the skin or yeast to release a perfume component to exhibit aroma. The present invention also provides a method for the detection of micro-organisms using the aforesaid sustained-release aromatic. As the sustained-release aromatic of the present invention releases a perfume component only when it is decomposed by micro-organisms such as bacteria usually present on the skin or yeast, the amount of perfumes to be used can be extremely reduced. The sustained-release aromatic of the present invention is also excellent in keeping aroma. The stability with the passage of time of the sustained-release aromatic of the present invention is much better than that of the prior art because the perfume component is contained in the form of derivative. The sustained-release aromatic of the present invention is useful for applications on the skin, head skin or hair of human beings or animals, on clothes, or in drinks and foods, or as an indicator for detecting micro-organisms.
