    摘要： A switching apparatus is operated by a non contact motion made by a user. The switching apparatus is effectively used to control a mechanism, particularly a mechanism for driving a robot, by the non contact motion or gesture made by the user without touching the switching apparatus itself. The user can control or move indications, for example views of a dog, displayed on an image displaying equipment provided with the switching apparatus by his (her) motion or gesture without touching the switching apparatus. Therefore, the user can enjoy feeling as if he actually orders his dog.

    摘要： A color data input apparatus is provided with plural key sheets and a key sheet selecting keys. Color data, which are stored in a memory, are assigned to each of the plural key sheets. Further, input keys are provided for selecting one of color data assigned to each of the plural key sheets. To designate a color, a key sheet, to which a pertinent color data is assigned, is selected by the key sheet selecting key, and then an input key corresponding to the pertinent color data is operated, whereby the pertinent color data is selected from among the color data of the selected key sheet and a color of the selected color data is displayed on a display unit. An advice data on a combination of colors are stored in an advice data memory is provided. When two colors are selected in the above way, an advice on a combination of the two read out colors is also displayed and is made reference for designing dresses.

The apparatus is provided with a sensor for detecting motion of a user. Detecting the motion of the user, the apparatus displays new image data representing a motion of the animal in place of the previously displayed image data to show how the animal reacts to the user's motion.

    摘要： In an electronic device, a plurality of images of each of the parts which constitute a character is contained along with a corresponding plurality of different parameters in a ROM. A parameter indicative of a character created by a controller is calculated from parameters corresponding to the respective images of the parts which constitute the character. The indication of an indicator which sets the progress of a game is controlled in accordance with the calculated character parameter. In more detail, first, the user selects images of the parts stored in the ROM and creates a character used in the game with those selected part images. The controller reads parameters corresponding to the images of the parts of the character and calculates a parameter of the character from those read parameters. A display displays an indicator which controls the progress of the game. The indicator changes at a speed corresponding to the calculated parameter. The indication of the indicator is determined by the operation of the user. Since the progress of the game is controlled in accordance with the indication of the indicator, the user himself is permitted to participate in the progress of the game.
