摘要: For a revisit patient, a first terminal reads a patient identification card. The first terminal reads a health insurance card if it is required, and compares health insurance card data with reference data. If there is a difference, the first terminal prompts the user to go to a window for verification of the health insurance card. A second terminal displays a different part of the health insurance card data that is different from the reference data, and receives an input of data corresponding to the different part. The data input via the second terminal is registered in health insurance card database. A third terminal obtains a patient list and displays the list so that the patient is visually different from another patient.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a method of making a medical examination appointment and a system that implements such a method. In such a system, performance data is stored for each instance of examination. Based on the stored performance data, the number of appointments acceptable for each time frame is updated. When an appointment request designating at least one kind of examination is received, one or more time frames is determined which are available to accept the appointment request. In determining one or more time frames, (a) it is also determined if a physician needs to attend the examination, (b) it is also determined if the examinations can be conducted on the same day if more than one kind of examination is designated, and (c) priority among the examinations is determined if more than one kind of examination is designated. Then, the available one or more time frames are presented for selection.

摘要: The present invention relates to a coolant composition for fuel cell coolant, comprised of sulfur containing alcohol or sulfur containing phenol having at least one sulfur atom per molecule, which effectively prevents increase of electric conductivity due to oxidation of its base component for a long time. The coolant composition when diluted with water to a predetermined concentration effectively suppresses increase of electric conductivity of the coolant and maintain fluctuation of electric conductivity within the range from 0 to 10 μS/cm so that power generation efficiency of the fuel cell may not be lowered.
