    摘要： A glycol-based coolant composition which provides an excellent metal corrosion inhibition despite its low phosphorus content is disclosed. The glycol-based coolant composition contains: (A) 0.1-5.0% by weight of at least one ingredient selected from group A′ consisting of C6-C12 aliphatic dibasic acids and their alkali metal salts; (B) 0.1-10% by weight of at least one ingredient selected from group B′ consisting of alkyl benzoic acids and their alkali metal salts; (C) 0.001-0.1% by weight of at least one ingredient selected from group C′ consisting of strontium compounds and their alkali metal salts; and (D) 0.1-0.3% by weight of at least one ingredient selected from group D′ consisting of phosphoric acids and their alkali metal salts.

    摘要： Disclosed is a diesel fuel composition obtained by mixing a diesel oil and a biodiesel oil, which can be used in popular diesel cars. The diesel fuel composition enables remarkable reduction in sludge formation. Specifically disclosed is a diesel fuel composition obtained by mixing a diesel oil containing an aromatic component and a biodiesel oil. The diesel fuel composition is characterized in that the biodiesel oil content in the diesel fuel composition is 10-50% by volume, and the aromatic component content in the diesel oil is not less than 30% by volume.

    摘要： An information management system records in a server contents that need not be updated for a fixed time-period. The system accesses desired contents in a local device or the server storing the contents. A request for information is made from an information browsing unit to a local request relaying unit which receives the request and analyzes the request contents. The local request relaying unit acquires a server-side control file managed by the server to which the request is directed and also acquires a local-side control file from a duplicate information storing unit. Confirmation is made as to whether the latest version of the requested information exists in the duplicate information storing unit. If the latest version of the requested information exists in the duplicate information storing unit, the requested information is fetched from the duplicate information storing unit; otherwise the information is fetched from the server computer.
