Abstract: A spinner hub assembly for attachment to a rim of a vehicle tire. The spinner hub assembly includes a rim attachment plate that can be removably attached in a substantially central area of the rim of the vehicle tire. The spinner hub assembly also includes a housing element with a rear housing surface connected to a front housing surface that defines an interior cavity, and the housing element is rotatably attached to the rim attachment plate, such that the housing element rotates independently of the rim of the vehicle tire. The front housing surface of the housing element includes indicia in the form of cut-out portions extending through at least a portion of the front housing surface, such that the interior cavity of the housing element is visible through the cut-out portions.
