摘要： According to an embodiment of the disclosure, there is provided a method that includes displaying a video with audio and/or visual cues that allow an individual to match timing with a predetermined movement, obtaining a video signal of the individual performing the predetermined movement, synchronizing the recorded video of the individual with a video of the predetermined movement, and displaying the recorded video with the predetermined video for a side-by-side review.
