摘要： A communication device provides secure inter-device authentication that ensures certainty of processes. The communication device includes a control section configured to execute a process related to transmission or reception of a first authentication signal and a second authentication signal that are necessary for a first authentication process for authentication between the communication device and another communication device. The control section further controls a second authentication process for different authentication from the first authentication process, and starts a process related to transmission or reception of first information that is necessary for the second authentication process after transmission or reception of the second authentication signal.

摘要： An authentication system comprising: a plurality of communication devices; and a control device configured to execute a process on a basis of information obtained through wireless communication between the respective communication devices and another communication device that is different from the plurality of communication devices, wherein each of the plurality of communication devices includes a wireless communication section configured to perform wireless communication with the other communication device, and the control device determines that the other communication device is successfully authenticated in a case where any one of a plurality of pieces of information regarding distances between the respective communication devices and the other communication device satisfies a designated condition on a basis of the pieces of information regarding the distances obtained through the wireless communication between the respective communication devices and the other communication device.

摘要： A system that prevents accomplishment of unauthorized communication between a terminal and a communication peer is provided. The system includes a measurement unit and a process execution unit. The measurement unit is arranged on at least one of the terminal or the communication peer to obtain a measured value corresponding to a distance between the terminal and the communication peer. The process execution unit determines whether the measured value is appropriate and controls actuation for authentication of the terminal through wireless communication performed between the terminal and the communication peer based on the determination result. The measurement unit executes a process for obtaining the measured value in a time period during which the communication for the authentication is not performed.

The processor includes first and second processors, and the memory includes first and second memories. The second wireless communication interface starts wireless communication with another device and after starting the wireless communication with the other device, the second wireless communication interface writes the setting information into the second memory.
