摘要： The present invention provides a composition for regulating carbohydrate metabolism, the composition containing, as an active ingredient, an agent for controlling the amount of D-amino acid in the living body of a subject. Moreover, the present invention provides a method for assessing carbohydrate metabolism conditions of a subject by monitoring the amount of D-amino acid in the living body of the subject.
