Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing containers (14) from preforms (12) made of thermoplastic material by means of a blow molding machine (10) comprising at least one temperature control device (26) and one forming device having at least two forming stations (16), wherein the preforms (12) are temperature controlled by means of the temperature control device (26) on the basis of specifiable first control parameters, and wherein one temperature-controlled preform (12) is formed by means of one of the forming stations (16), respectively, on the basis of specifiable second control parameters into a container (14), wherein at least one of the second control parameters is individually specified for each of the forming stations (16). The invention furthermore relates to a blow molding machine (10), designed for executing the method according to the invention, for producing containers (14) from preforms (12) made of thermoplastic material.

Abstract: The invention relates to a container (1) for receiving a liquid content, comprising a container wall (10) which surrounds a container interior (12) and comprises an opening (8). The container wall has an opening region (2) at the opening, a base region (4) arranged opposite the opening region, and a lateral region (3) which extends between the opening region and the base region, and the container wall has a dimensionally stable central region (22) in the base region and a flexible flat region (24) which encircles the central region. The container wall transitions from the central region into the flat region at an angle such that an edge (26) which encircles the central region is formed in the container wall between the central region and the flat region. The invention further relates to a blow mold (31) for producing such a container.

Abstract: A method for heating a preform that is rotationally symmetric about its longitudinal axis, has a standard thread, and is made of a thermoplastic material. During heating, the preform is temperature conditioned to be formed into a container having a non-circular cross-section transverse to a longitudinal axis of the container by blow-molding. The preform is provided with a temperature profile along a circumference of the preform such that areas of the preform are differentially heated in a radial direction of the circumference of the preform. The standard thread of the preform is aligned in a predefined target position before the areas of the preform are differentially heated. The preform is rotated into alignment. An alignment element engages in the standard thread of the preform and thereby prevents further rotation of the preform as soon as the alignment element comes in contact with a predetermined contact surface in the standard thread.
