摘要: An adjusting device for a disc brake, in particular for utility vehicles, is provided. The adjusting device includes a freewheel having an inner ring and an outer ring. The inner ring and outer ring together with multiple rolling bearing balls form an axial ball bearing. The inner ring is rotatably supported relative to the outer ring by the rolling bearing balls. The freewheel further has a cage in which multiple clamping rollers are biased with compression springs and compression pieces, the cage being arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring in a radial direction relative to a through-bore passing through the inner and outer rings. The compression springs may be pretensioned by rotating the cage relative to the inner ring and then fixing the cage to on the inner ring with a locking device.

摘要: A disk brake for a utility vehicle is provided. A brake caliper of the disk brake includes a receiving chamber configured to receive a brake application device with a pivotable brake lever. The brake lever is supported at one end on a bridge supporting at least one brake piston and at the other end on a wall of the brake caliper forming a caliper head. A pivot bearing is provided for supporting the brake lever on the caliper head or the bridge. The pivot bearing includes a receptacle having a circular-arc-shaped cross-section and has a pivoting body configured to be located in the receptacle. The brake lever is retained in such a way that the brake lever is secured against displacement transversely to the pivoting direction of the brake lever by at least one securing element arranged in the region of the pivoting body extending axially on both sides of the securing element. The securing element protrudes radially in relation to the pivoting body at least in some regions and engages in a slot of the caliper head or of the bridge having a circular arc shape in the pivoting direction of the brake lever.

摘要: A disc brake for a commercial vehicle has a brake caliper spanning a brake disc on the vehicle side, in which brake caliper a clamping device is arranged which has a pivotable brake lever engaging in at least one bridge carrying a brake plunger, which at the same time is directly or indirectly supported at the inner side of a wall of the brake caliper. The contact area of the bridge at the brake lever or of the brake lever at the brake caliper is configured as a pivot bearing having a bearing shell cross-sectionally configured as an arc forming a part of the pivot bearing. The bearing shell is placed in a seating. The disc brake is configured such that the bearing shell is located in the pivoting direction of the brake lever with its opposite longitudinal borders at stop edges, which longitudinally limit the trough-shaped seating.

摘要: A disc brake, preferably a compressed air-actuated disc brake, in particular for a motor vehicle, has a brake application mechanism with a brake rotary lever, at least one spindle unit having a threaded rod screwed into a bridge, and a brake caliper. The caliper frames an edge region of a brake disc. The brake caliper has a brake application portion and a caliper back which are connected together via tie bars. The brake application mechanism with the brake rotary lever is received in the brake application portion of the brake caliper from an application face side of the brake disc. The brake application portion of the brake caliper has a first region, in which the application mechanism and a force transmission portion of the brake rotary lever are arranged, a second region, which is formed as a lever housing, and a lever portion for the brake rotary lever. A support wall with a bearing portion, which forms a pivot bearing with a brake rotary lever axis that runs parallel to the brake disc, for the brake rotary lever is arranged between the first region and the second region.
