Abstract:
A radiation image capturing apparatus includes: scanning lines and signal lines; radiation detection elements; a scan driver switching a switching element of the radiation detection elements between on and off; and a readout IC incorporating readout circuits reading, as image data, electric charges from each radiation detection element, the readout circuit including: an integrating circuit outputting a voltage value corresponding to the electric charges; a reset switch resetting the integrating circuit; a first sample-and-hold circuit holding, as a reference value, the voltage value before the electric charges flow; a second sample-and-hold circuit holding, as a signal value, the voltage value after the electric charges flow; and a difference circuit outputting difference between the signal value and the reference value, the radiation image capturing apparatus further including a mechanism changing the voltage value from completion of the resetting and turning off of the reset switch until holding of the reference value.
Abstract:
A radiographic imaging apparatus includes a base, a signal line, a reader and a hardware processor. On the base board, pixels comprising respective radiation detecting elements and respective switching elements are arranged in a matrix. The signal line is connected through the switching elements. The reader reads the charges accumulated in the pixels at every predetermined lines as signal values of image data. The hardware processor measures a leak current flowing through the signal line and corrects the signal values based on leak current values including a leak current value obtained at a timing when (i) the number of lines which have been already read is greater than a predetermined number of lines and (ii) the number of lines which has not been read yet is greater than a predetermined remaining number of lines.
Abstract:
A radiographic image capturing apparatus and a radiographic image capturing system are shown. According to one aspect, the radiographic image capturing apparatus includes the following. A scanning driving unit applies voltage to scanning lines. A switching element releases electric charge upon application of the ON-state voltage. A readout circuit converts the electric charge into image data and reads the data. A controller reads the image data. The detecting unit detects start and end of irradiation based on a change in a signal. The controller determines whether a standby time from end of readout to start of readout in next capturing is changed with reference to a first period and a second period. The first period ranges from end of readout to detection of start of irradiation. The second period ranges from detection of end of irradiation to start of readout.
