    摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for adjusting environmental conditions within a physical structure comprising a plurality of linked commissioned units. One or more occupancy sensors (140-1, 150-1) produce data indicating that a designated zone has transitioned from an unoccupied state to an occupied state. A first one or more luminaires (140-2, 150-2) associated with a first one of the plurality of linked commissioned units (120D), produces a background level of illumination within a predetermined reaction period following the production of the sensor data. The first one of the plurality of linked commissioned units transmits data indicative of the state change of the designated zone, and at least a second one of the plurality of linked commissioned units receives the data indicative of the state change, and causes at least a second one or more luminaires to alter illumination.

    摘要: A network of active sensors in a control system is considered. The active sensors, which may be fixed-infrastructure sensors, provide presence detection information to a distributed lighting system. The active sensors communicate by transmitting probe signals. The communication of probe signals may result in cross-interference which may vary in time. Cross-interference is detected, and can later be avoided, by determining a difference between signals received in a first part of a timeslot and signals received in a second part of the timeslot. In order to do so probe signals comprising two non-zero pulses are transmitted in respective parts of the timeslot. Applications are, for example, active presence sensors in lighting control applications in indoor as well as outdoor environments.

    摘要: A lighting system (100) for illuminating an environment and a method of starting the installation of a program on a programmable controller of a lighting module are provided. The lighting system (100) comprises a particular lighting module (110), a neighboring lighting module (120) and an installation decision generator (112). A portion of the environment is illuminated by both lighting modules (110, 120). Both lighting modules (110, 120) have a programmable controller (114, 124) and may receive a program via a network interface for installation on the programmable controller (114, 124). The installation decision generator (112) decides whether the installation of the program on the particular lighting module (110) may start, based on operational information as to whether the light emission capabilities of the neighboring lighting module (120) enable illumination of the portion of the environment to be sufficiently close to a desired illumination of the portion.
